Almost a week into the 30DC

I am loving the 30 Day Challenge. If you're not taking part, be sure to sign up now and start! The Challenge started on August 1, but you can still follow along and do the assignments. The videos and training will be left up until next year.

I have learned more about keyword research and everything else that I ever have before! And I love Market Samurai. It has made everything so much easier and I will be buying it after the challenge is over. I was looking at Micro Niche Finder, but with the training on MS from the 30DC, I know that I'll know how the use the product and will have experience using it.

Today's lesson was on Wordpres Direct and setting up our niche blog for the challenge. Now, I thought about this. WPD is offering a free trial of their bronze package for the challenge and it looks great. However, I don't like anything that I would have to upgrade at the end of the challenge and while it converts to a free forever account, I would lose the functionality that I learned to use within the 30DC.

Now the 30DC is for newbies who was push button solutions. I understand that. However, I know enough about Wordpress to know how to install plug ins and find a theme. So I am not going to use Wordpress Direct on this challenge. I have my domain name and hosting and I'm installing Wordpress and all the plug ins myself. Yes, it will take a bit longer and more of a learning curve since the 30DC training will not support going out on your own with the blog - they are focusing on WPD. But I feel better doing it this way.

July 2009 Report

July was good in terms of learning more about traffic, building backlinks, things like that. I've learned a few things not to do as well. I don't think I'm going to be doing any more CPA Polls for a while using Adwords, for example. I'm going to wait on that until I actually have a little more money to spend on advertising first.

I did get .77 in Adsense, mostly on one particular niche site. I know that's not a lot, but it brings my Adsense up to just over $60. And it only took about 4 years. Maybe in another 3 I'll actually get a payout? But really, I don't think I'm going to focus on Adsense to make money. Some people do, and that is fine, but there are faster ways to make money online. I want to focus more on CPA advertising and affiliate marketing. I also have my service business which did okay in July, but as that is my "business" income I don't consider that online income although I do use the Internet to find clients.

My transcription service business is slowly growing and I'm about to roll out a marketing campaign that I hope will bring in new clients and allow me to hire one or two subcontractors. The site has brought in about 52 visitors but no new clients as of yet. I have no subscribers to the RSS feed, but my goal with this site is to gain new transcription clients. I'm hoping the 30 Day Challenge will also help me with that as well as this new marketing campaign. Traffic for that site has come mostly from backlinks - a couple of ezine articles and forum signatures. So backlinks are important. The keywords that had people coming from Google are pretty specific so I'm going to use that information to write more articles for the site. For this site, I write the articles with the client in mind.

One of my niche sites that is set up to be an affiliate type estore is the one that's gotten most of the Adsense clicks but unfortunately no affiliate sales. However, I have discovered one product that is on the page that my deserve a niche site all its own. So I will be researching that particular product and similar products during the 30 Day Challenge to see if it would be a good niche site. This is also the site where I've receieved most of my Stumble Upon traffic. I'll be writing a post about Caroline Middlebrook's Traffic Rush course in the next few days. I just finished the free version and plan to go back through it again to remind myself of a few tips. But I've gotten a decent amount of traffic from Stumble Upon to this site. And again, a lot of the other traffic came from backlinks.

My online magazine has been steady and backlinks and forum signatures helped with that and I'll be using keyword information to write more targeted and specific articles for that site.

I'm still having issues with Google Analytics on my homeschool / personal site. I have the Analytics plug in but it doesn't seem to be working. I may have to input the code for Analytics myself for that site.

August is going to be spent mostly working the 30 Day Challenge. I also want to get this blog moved to Wordpress and my own domain as well. If you're not in the 30 Day Challenge, I highly recommend that you go ahead and join. You can catch up and they will leave up all the training so even if you start on August 7 you can just start on day 1 and go from there yourself.

One thing after another

It seems like I just keep having one problem after another.

My homeschool / personal website isn't showing up in the indexes because apparently Google can't see it. I don't know why, something about the name servers. My host says everything is fine, so I have to speak to my domain name registrar about the issue and see what can be done.

After working all day I sat here to get at least five articles done for my Niche 1 site. I found some PLR articles to use and every time I would get them input in to the blog it would go down. It took twice as long to get the articles posted and in the que to update during the week.

Then when trying to update a Squidoo page and HubPage for social bookmarking, the site feed isn't working so Feedburner can't see it. It keeps going down over and over again. And my Photobucket account isn't loading now either so I'm not able to get photos that I need for a HubPage.

I think I'm going to call it a night for now. For Niche site 1 I do have five articles in the que to post during the week and I have one Squidoo Page built. I'm going to call it quits on Niche site 1 for the week and go on to my Wednesday plan tomorrow and hopefully everything will be working like it's supposed to.

Monday - Homeschool / personal blog - I have my blogroll updated and some ads set up. The plan is to do some Web 2.0 stuff and article marketing, so I want to re-write 5 blog posts and post 1 to Squidoo, 1 to Hubpages, 2 to Ezine Articles and 1 to Go Articles. I'm having 2 go to Ezine articles because they have more weight in the SERPS.

It's 3 am and it's all done, plus some paid work as well.

I did make some videos when I made some polls over the weekend. I will put them up by the end of this week.

I didn't do well on the polls this weekend. I think I'm going to hold off on any more for a while and try with other traffic sources first.

System Set up

I have decided to focus on certain things on certain days in order to better make use of my time. I have some ideas on things to make videos of but I need to get organized on that first. But hopefully I will have some videos posted soon.

Concentration 1 - PPC Polls

I have a set of polls ready to be uploaded to Adwords this weekend. I just want to pay for the first run I did before I do that. So that is going to be my focus this weekend. I already have them in the offline Adwords Editor and I have a great and easy way to set that up that I may video as well.

Concentration 2 - Websites

With multiple website promotion needed I've decided to break it down over the next week.

Monday - Homeschool / personal blog - I have my blogroll updated and some ads set up. Tuesday - Niche Site 1 promotion and writing - I need to get more content for this site plus do promotion. I want at least 10 articles - 5 for promotion and 5 for content. So I'll probably write the five for promotion and use article directories for the other 5 for content. I plan to budget in some money this month as well and hire a writer to do some original content as well.

Wednesday - Service business promotion - My current projects are winding down and it's time to get some more, so I need to do some Craig's List advertising and get some more content on my website as well as do some article promotion. I don't need that much, though. Maybe 4 or five articles. The main focus of this site is to get clients for the business and I'm hoping my website will drive them eventually. I also have a JV venture I've been trying to get off the ground for a while and Wednesday is the day I'm going to focus on that.

Thursday - Niche Site 2 promotion and content. This is primarily an affiliate site, so I need to find new products to promote, update some of the current product pages, and do some promotion as well. Some of the promotion for this site can be done along with Niche Site 1 as they are related, so product promotion is the bigger here.

Learning a lot from Caroline Middlebrook

I have learned a ton of stuff from Caroline Middlebrook's blog over the past couple of weeks. I've been taking notes as well as I read through her archives (I'm reading through her Make Money Online category archive) and I've reached her Adsense project notes. I am discovering so many things to change in my own sites, things to keep, things to drop, and ways to not do it again. So I'll be starting my own Adsense project soon, I'm sure. If you've not read her blog yet, you need to do so. And if you want good, detailed info on how to use Adsense check out the Adsense Project notes.

I am trying to do too much and it's time to step back a bit.

My focus right now needs to be paying work and getting content and backlinks to my current sites, so that is what I'm going to focus on. I'm going to stay away from blogs and Warrior Forum for the next two weeks and get some stuff done.

For traffic instruction, I'm following some tips from Steve Crooks, author of Cash Cow Guide to Adsense Wealth. I'm following his $100 Challenge Blog and his post on Warrior Forum.

Based on some of those ideas, I plan to write or outsource articles for my sites. Part of the content will be used for articles at Ezine Artiles and Go Articles and some for Squidoo Lenses and Hubpages. Other articles will be used as actual content on the sites.

I'm also following Caroline Middlebrook's blog and her Traffic Rush program. It uses Stumble Upon as a traffic generator. So far I'm on day 3. I'm going through the free half of the course now but if I enjoy it I plan to pay for the second half, probably in August or September. I'll be posted a short post on Stumble Upon and some of the interesting sites I've found in the next couple of days.

I've also transferred my personal / homeschooling blog over to Wordpress from Blogger and plan to do the same for this blog, probably in August.

I do plan to start more PPC campaigns, but not for a while yet. It will probably be the end of July / August for that as well. I may also do some campaigns on Facebook for some products I found. I'm having to kick that around.

So for the next two weeks my focus is going to be generating content / generating traffic. I plan to spend a day working on each site, this one included, to try to get something going. I also have to do my paid contract work, so I have to watch my time.

I discovered the Task List on My Yahoo! this past week, so I've been using that to keep me on task. I don't think it's working well :) But that's probably just me.

June 2009 report

In June I started trying to make money online once more. I discovered Warrior Forum, Niche marketing, CPA ads, the 30 Day Challenge, Caroline Middlebrook's blog...Whew! No wonder I am on information overload!

I built two niche sites, started blogging here again and plan to update my personal / homeschool blog as well. I also started a poll site to host the polls for the CPA ads.

My expenses in June were $22 for an e-book and the domain names I bought. I'm using 000webhost.com for free hosting right now but plan to upgrade my hosting there soon because they are such a great company! I never have any issues and I love the free hosting they offer, so you can get your feet wet.

I also owe Adwords $72, but that won't be paid until July, so I'm not sure if I should include that here as an expense or not. It's an "accrued expense" I guess.

I accrued $0 in Adsense for all of June, but that's fine. My goal for July is to increase traffic to my blogs and my sites and make $1 a day from Adsense. That's all. I also have some affiliate stuff set up I would like to make money from as well. Since I've had Adsense running for so long - since 2005!! - I have about $58 in that account right now. My second goal is to actually GET a check from Google this year.

I accrued $21 in earnings from my CPA network and I hope to accrue more when I run a new set of ads this month and actually get a check from them as well. I also have an application in at another CPA Network and will be speaking with them on Monday.

So:

Accrued expenses $72

Accrued income $21

It will be nice when I can say I actually received some checks.

Time to Digest Info

I've been reading a lot over the past few days, mostly at Warrior Forum, which is an EXCELLENT place to get a lot of information and ideas for FREE! I do have some e-books and stuff on my wish list but I need to earn some money first before getting those tools.

I'm going to take some time now to digest, especially since the 30 day challenge* starting in August. I'm going to spend July digesting what I've learned and scaling down what I'm trying to do instead of spreading myself too thin.

I have decided to focus on the CPA offers and the niche sites that I've built. I also have this blog and another personal / homeschooling blog that I've neglected for the past year. I'm going to try to revive that blog as well, so this is my plan for July.

*Run more CPA ads using Pay Per Click (PPC). I already have some landing pages created for this. Don't forget about my offer to build you a simple, HTML site for your CPA landing pages. I'm not doing Wordpress for the polls. I'm just keeping it simple. The landing page I have down below is an old one and I've completely revamped mine based on some new info I've learned.

*Build traffic and backlinks. That is what I need to do now. I also need to add some content to my niche sites, so I need to do the following:
a. Write or outsource articles for my homeschooling blog and my flagship niche site.
b. For every article I put on the site, send 3 articles out for backlinks - Ezine.com, GoArticles, and make a Squidoo Lens. This will help build back links. I can use some of the posts I wrote for my homeschooling blog for the niche site with a bit of rewriting, so that will help build some content.
c. Work on getting traffic to my affiliate site. This is a tough one because it's not indexing for some reason. I think it may be all the affiliate links, so I need to add more content to those posts instead of the brief blurbs I have right now.
d. Blog commenting. I can already do this for my homeschool blog. I already have a large blogroll but I haven't been blogging or commenting in over a year. So I need to clean up the site, update broken links and launch it again. I need to start doing this in my niche site area as well.

So that will be my focus for July - taking what I've learned and building traffic to what I have.

I promise I will update the info about the poll sites. I will probably wait until I actually create the ad and then make a video about the process. I'll also be posting about income / expenses in my next post once I get the numbers from Quicken.

**If you don't know what CPA means, it means Cost Per Action. You want someone to click and take action, like leave an email address or zip code. When using CPA ads, you get paid just for the lead, not a sale.**

CPA ads and the polling method

I signed up for a site called http://wotogepa.com. They provide Cost Per Action ads, which means you can choose ads to run on a site that only require someone enter their zip code or email to get information. That's it. It's not up to you to make sure they buy, just to provide a lead. This can be more lucrative than hoping someone makes an affiliate buy of a Clickbank product.

I'm sending people to the offers using what is known as the polling method. You can find out information on this method just by Googling something like "polling method CPA" or something like that.

Basically what you do is set up a site just for polls. It may help if survey or poll were in the domain name if you can find one available. So this is what I did step by step.

Sign up for a domain name. I prefer to get domain names through the www.GoDaddy.com . Their interface can be confusing at first, but their help desk is wonderful and they are always helpful and give great answers. Domains are usually about $10 for a year, but if you Google "Go Daddy coupon" you'll most likely find a discount code you can use. And yes, you do need a domain name of your own. These are cheap - $10 or less for a year - so why not? You cannot do this with a free host that has banner ads. You need your page and your ad to be predominant.

So, you have your domain name. Let's say it's "poll-tracker.com". This is an example only. I have no idea if this is a real site or not. Now you need hosting. I love 000webhost.com . They offer free hosting or a paid plan. And yes, the free hosting is FREE! And there are no ads or anything else on your page. You need to follow the directions on the host site for making sure your domain points to your page. This is really easy to do, so just read carefully and follow the directions.

Now you need to choose your poll topics. I like to go to Yahoo! Buzz and see what's being talked about the most. Another option is Yahoo! Answers or Yahoo! News. See what's on the first page, what's being talked about most. It could be a celebrity divorce, a sports trade or something political. Brainstorm a list of polls you make based on this info.

Now go your CPA site, like Wotopega or another site, and find an offer to promote. I like to do the free cruise or gift cards. You need to make sure these are email or zip submits and you need the "contextual" link. You'll see what I mean when you get into the system. Choose your offers and copy / paste the links into a notepad document. You'll be using these as links as you build your landing page. It's easier for me just to save them in a document and have them right there instead of building the page first and adding the links later.

Now you need to create landing pages for your poll site. A "landing page" means the page that the person will "land" on after they click your ad. I did this in simple HTML. If you aren't familiar with HTML, go to HTMLGoodies.com and check out their tutorials. All you need is Notepad and the willingness to follow instructions and learn. If you've never created a page before, this may take you a couple of days. I created landing pages for the poll as well as a simple homepage for my site.

Be sure your poll page includes the following:

Poll Title - Ex. Get a Chance at a Free Cruise! I always say "chance" in my titles. You never want to guarantee anyone anything. This is just protection.

Subtitle - This is important. This should be in color, preferably red. You're telling people what to do. - Ex. Vote Below, enter email on next page to continue.

Picture of person or subject of poll. I copy and save the pictures and then upload them to photobucket.com.

Your poll question - Is Obama a good president?

Your answer choices - These are usually Yes or No. You can use HTML to create buttons to turn these into links or you can create a graphic YES or NO button to use instead. These links are going to take people to your offer. This is the point where you will take those links you copied / pasted from your offer and make your buttons or graphic clickable. If you need help with making buttons or links, be sure to see the tutorial at HTML Goodies.

Some basic info on the subject - You can get this info from Wikipedia or another site. Just get a couple of paragraphs on the subject and make sure it makes sense. In order to have the page okayed in Google Adwords for ads you need to have content.

Two links relevant to the poll - I usually use the Wikipedia page and maybe one other site relevant to the poll subject.

Disclaimer - at the bottom of your page. This is what mine says "Disclaimer: this website is not endorsed by, nor does it have any connection with any of the individuals, parties, or organizations named or quoted herein. This poll is for entertainment only and is not scientifically valid. Copyright 2009 to present www.mywebsite.com"

Save your landing page as an HTML document by selecting "File -- Save As -- pagename.html" and save as type will be "txt". But it will work, trust me. You can look at your page while offline by going to your browser, choosing File -- Open File -- and finding your saved HTML document. I recommend you create a special folder on your desktop to save all your files.

You can also create a simple home page in HTML at your root. This can be something just very simple, just a basic explanation of the site. Remember how sites are layered. You will have your home page at our example of "poll-tracker.com". Your poll pages will be found at "poll-tracker.com/shaq.html" and "poll-tracker.com/celebrity.html".

Okay, so you have your landing page made. Now you need to get it on your hosting site. You can do this through your host's FTP site or through an FTP Program you download. I like to use ACE FTP. It's free and easy to use, but when you log into your site's hosting account you should see something that says "File manager" or FTP. Follow their instructions for loading your site.

After your site has loaded you want to make sure it works. So go to your browser and type in your URL for your home page. You should see your home page. Now add the /pollname.html and make sure you see your poll page. Make sure your links work as well by clicking on them, but DO NOT enter your email info in their landing page. This will disqualify you from the program. You just need to click on your YES and NO buttons to be sure they work and take you to the right advertiser page.

Once all of that is done you can set up your ads. I'll go over how to do that in my next article.

Been a while

I know it's been a while, over a year, but I have decided to go back to affiliate marketing and see if I can make it work for me this time. I have the time now to really pursue this so I'm going to do it.

I have discovered a new way to get traffic to affiliate offers, so I'm going to try it out. I'm going to keep it low key for right now, but I will explain it all by the end of July and I hope to have made some money by then.

My first step will be buying a domain name for this new project and working on some landing pages. So until I can get the domain name next week I'll be coding away. I always get my domain names with GoDaddy.com. I usually buy them without hosting because I use a different host site, but GoDaddy has them pretty cheap even when you buy without hosting.

I have found great hosting at 000webhost.com. The basic plan is free and it supports Wordpress blogs and pretty much anything you can think of. As things take off I plan to upgrade to a paid plan through them.

I'm going to keep a record of income and expenses for this venture as well, just like I did for the websurfing.

Affiliate Site Free Help

I'm really working on my new site right now and trying to develop content for it. It's called "Escape Atlanta." The premise is to offer travel and insider information for people who want to visit Georgia and get them out of the big city and into the small communities or get people in Atlanta to visit the smaller towns.

I have set up an email newsletter with an autoresponder called IContact. It's the least expensive that I've found but offers a lot of great tools. There are free autoresponders out there, but I knew I wanted to go with one that was more professional.

For those of you interested in affiliate programs, here are some FREE resources:

SBI Action Guide - SBI is short for Site Build It, an all in one website builder that includes website editors, autoresponder, everything anyone would need. But even if you don't use SBI to build your site, they have made this action guide available for anyone to read. There are some tools you won't have access to if you don't own an SBI site, but there is still a lot of great information.

Day Job Killer

I'm back again. I gave up on the freebie thing due to having to cancel a bunch of stuff. So now I'm working on affiliate marketing.

I bought the book Day Job Killer to help me with that. This book is showing me step by step how to choose and market affiliate programs. I'm in the process of signing up with various affiliate programs using the information in this book and have a website in the works as well.

I haven't posted my weekly updates because there has been nothing to report. I did receive payout from Penny for Your Surf and that is all. Knight's Gold Surf said that an update would be posted about payouts, but that update has not been forthcoming. I did join an HYIP called Dynamic Profits. I'm on the daily plan and I haven't requested a payout yet. I didn't put in much. I'm trying to get the $10 to join Compact Surfing.

I'll post my end of month update tomorrow. It's not pretty.

I'm so happy I stuck with my withdrawal plans with Stormy Surf when I did or I would be much more upset.

Weekend Update

Well, I'm calling it weekend update even though it's Tuesday. I had a nice weekend at home celebrating Mother's Day. I hope everyone else had a good weekend as well.

Big news is that Eyesurfer ended. I thought I'd checked out the site thoroughly. I checked message boards, voting sites - no problems. Then just over 10 days into my upgrade it folded. This was the $20 I was trying to decide to put into TR or begin Compact Surfing with. Now it's gone, and all I have is Total Rune paying right now.

I didn't have enough to cash out with Total Rune this week, so I just let it ride. I should be able to cash out next week. I have to keep in $5, but I'm working on getting enough to begin Compact Surfing as soon as I can. I did request a cash out from Total Rune last week and was paid within 24 hours.

Penny for your Surf is doing well. I have enough to ask for cashout, but I'm waiting until I get $5 or until the end of the month so I don't waste my cashout opportunity for this month. This money will help to grow Total Rune.

I have a private site that I'm allowing cash to build up in for the next month. One more month and I'll reach cashout with it. I'll also use that money to build Total Rune and Compact Surfing.

Still no payment from Knights Gold Surf. It's been over a month since I requested my little bit of cash. Others are waiting as well. My last upgrade expired so I put back in $2.50 just to keep it going. I'm already well able to request another cashout but I'm not able to since I still have one pending. No word on when cashouts will resume regularly. Nate seems to be focusing on Knights Surf and a new site called Camelot. I'm feeling like the KGS members are being ignored. He also changed the percentage to 3% as of May 15 with no email to members, just a notice on the members page. With all the stuff on the page though, it's hard to see.

Still surfing Maximum Surf although no payment from them either or from AS440. I wasn't able to put in another upgrade since Stormy Surf fell. I may do that when I receive my cashout from my private site next month.

Right now it's hard to keep going since I have no fresh money to put into sites. If TR and Penny fall, then I will have no choice but to finally give up.

Don't forget about my non-surf sites, Greenwiz and my son's Greenwiz account. If you like learning about plants be sure to sign up for this forced matrix program.

Don't forget to set money aside for yourself as well. I'm taking 10% of payouts and putting them into a 1mdc account tied to e-gold, no matter how little that may be. It's nice seeing the pennies grow. Gold is going up as well. You never know what $1 in gold will be tomorrow.

Weekend Update

I'm posting early because I'll be out of town over the weekend. I should be back Sunday night, though. I just wanted to get the thoughts out of my head.

Total Rune is doing great so far, surfing is fine. I was able to put in another $10 and I will be eligible for a cashout on Monday. The money will probably go right back in again. I want to get my account level up to $20 or higher. With all the sites folding, I don't want to have large amounts in my surf sites right now.

Penny for Your Surf is a great place to stick your spare change from e-gold. I stick a bit in here and there and I'm already due for payout, but I'm waiting until I get a bit more before I request. You can only request twice a month. Payout is at $1, I'm going to wait until I have $2 or so.

I did join Eyesurfer. Surfing is smooth, the only thing I don't like is that it pops into a new window and it keeps closing on me, it won't stay open. I like the site, though, it's very different than anything else out there. I've surfed 5 days already and my deposit should be paid by the 17th.

Surf20Cent has apparently ended. The admin sent out an email stating that cash value would go to pending and 1/2 would be paid. I was supposed to get $10, I got $5 instead. I still only lost about $4 in the site. I stuck the $5 into Total Rune.

Still no word from Nate about Knights Surf Gold. It's been over a month for me and many others that post on the forum, but no notice why. This site was supposed to be brand new and seperate from Knight Surfers, which had to restructure after Stormpay froze the accounts. Now it seems that all of the Knight sites are having trouble. My last upgrade is set to end on the 10th, if I do put any more in it will only be the minimum amount.

Stormysurf has posted an apology on their site and they request for everyone who had a deposit and was NOT in profit to send them proof and they will pay you back. This is good news for many who lost a lot of money in the site. Remember, everyone, DO NOT use credit cards, borrowed money, rent or mortgage money, grocery money or any other money that you need for bills, etc. in these sites. Nothing is guaranteed. Lots of people on MMG posted that they had put thousands in the site, money from their savings or from selling things. I urge everyone to please NOT do this!! I know the temptation, I know the dreams, I know about the hopes, but it's not worth losing your mortgage money. People lost their families when Stormpay and 12 Daily Pro fell - this isn't worth your family, your home, your car, your credit rating. Remember that!!

I did request a cashout from Maximum Surf but I'm not holding my breath. With the fall of Stormy Surf I'm not able to put the money into the site like I wanted. I'll try again as Total Rune and Eyesurfer grows.

Remember the non-surf sites as well - Hits Invaders and Greenwiz - my account and my son's. I recieved a person in my downline the other day, so my son needs one. If you like to read information about plants then sign up :) It's a forced matrix so you will receive spillover from your upline as well as what you advertise as well.

New Plan

I was so glad to finally be able to take some money out for myself. I'm upset now that it won't happen. I built this up over 3-4 months and now poof!

So, new plan. I am taking out some for myself, I don't care how much,even if just a little bit.

I will have $25 in e-gold within 2 days. I'm depositing the money tomorrow.

$20 will go into Compact Surf.

$5 will go into Total Rune.

***Changed my mind. $20 will go into Eyesurfer and $5 into Total Rune. I'll be withdrawing $5 from each payout to upgrade sites like Total Rune and then join Compact Surf***

Right now the only sites I know I will be able to upgrade will continue to be Compact and TR because they are paying. I will continue to put change into Pennies for Your Surf in order to increase the amounts in TR and CS. I'm not going to compound. I will withdraw when able to on the site then decide how much to upgrade and what site to focus on at that time. I'll check my notebook to see what site needs to be upgraded first.

I'm not going to be able to upgrade with Surf20Cent or any of the Maximum Sites at this point, unless I do it with money from Pennies. They aren't paying right now and who knows when they will, so I need to put upgrades into accounts that are paying after what happened.

I will put $5 a month minimum into Knight's Gold Surf because I do believe they will pay out, but that is all. Right now I'm due for 1 payout and I'm already eligible for another.

I will be eligible for cashout in 2 months from the private site I'm a member of. I did not compound this month in order to be eligible for cashout at the end of June. I know that is some time in the future, but I need the cash.

I do need to keep the $10 month for Greenwiz. I already have 1 person under me in my matrix :) Hopefully I will earn some commission for that soon as well.

So basically the next 2 months will be spent building Compact Surf and Total Rune with change in Pennies to help increase the deposits plus use to upgrade KGS and Greenwiz monthly. By July I hope to be able to take some small payout for myself, maybe $50 or so.

Stormysurf Update

Stormysurf has announced that it's e-gold account was hacked. This does not bode well for the program after payouts have slowed to a trickle and there has been no information from the admin for a week.

So, to add to my list of "excuses for not paying" - 1) I'm moving 2) Relative in hospital 3) Relative dying or has died 3) Having a baby 4) e-gold account hacked
5) DDOS attacks 6) Getting married 7) Opening a payment processor

If another site comes up with one of those excuses I think it's time to leave the site. Yes, it may not be an excuse. It may be correct. It may be the truth. But those of us who have done this for any length of time have heard these same excuses over and over again.

Seems like it's over and done. It was good while it lasted.

Remember everyone, only invest what you can afford to lose - pizza money, cigarette money, etc. Never count on your rent or mortgage or grocery money to be returned to you. If you go into debt for this it's your fault - it's a stupid thing to do. This is a game, it's like gambling. You win some, you lose some.

***Update*** Consensus is that the program really is gone. Seems they tried to stretch it out till the end of the month, then right at April 30, they're gone.

I have $30 and I'm sticking $25 net (after fees) into e-gold tomorrow. Part will go into Compact Surfing and more into Total Rune. I'm then going to do 50/50 split between my pocket and upgrading again when it's time for cashout. I'm not going to continue upgrading in sites for months just to finally get the ability to really make some money then have them go poof. Any amount in my pocket is worth it, even $1. I urge anyone else in this business to do the same.

Someone on MMG said while it was important to not deposit more than you could afford, you don't need to deposit more than you can emotionally handle. That makes a lot of sense. If depositing $1K freaks you out, then don't do it. You may feel safer at $100. Stick with your safety net, no matter what others are saying, no matter what the other payouts are for other people. They obviously have a higher tolerance for risk. I'm a medium risk type person, which is why I'm willing to continue this.

What does scare me now, though, is the fact that some other surf sites may have deposits with Stormy Surf. If so, we may see some surf sites ending within the next few weeks.

Weekend Update AND end of the month!

This post is going to have a lot of information, okay? It's time to finally post some profit this month - YAY! Plus some good news from programs that I was *almost* ready to say goodbye to.

I haven't had any problems from Penny-for-your-surf. The surfing has been smooth and great each time, I have plenty of credits, and upgrades are credited immediately. I'm not eligible for payout yet, but when I am I'll post it here.

Total Rune is also going well. I am still surfing on my first $5 upgrade and plan to put another $5 in within the next few days. Since each upgrade is only 21 days, I want to upgrade at least every 10-11 days to keep it going until I can make larger upgrades. I plan to compound the first time I'm eligible, then take a payout the 2nd time, continuing the alternating pattern in order to get some money into my pocket as well into other sites.

Still not sure about Surf 20 Cent. I surf it daily but there hasn't been any information from the admin in a few weeks. I have almost $10 in there to cashout but no way to cash it out at this time. I'm hoping he will say something soon in the forum or send out an email regarding the financial situation.

Knights Surf Gold is still paying out, but slowly. I have checked the forum daily and there are paid posts, however no one is saying how long they waited or what processor they were paid with. Nate last stated that payments were catching up. On May 3 it will have been 1 month since my payout request. I am already able to request another but the site script only allows 1 request pending at a time.

The jewel in my crown is Stormy Surf! Right now the admin Terra is the only paying site I am a member of - not counting TR and Pennies because I'm not eligible for payout there yet. Terra did move a week ago, she had a problem with some Alertpay payouts, and right now the e-gold payouts are going slowly and are currently about 1 day outside of her terms of 10 days + 48 hours GMT time (e-gold time). Right now she is still paying for deposits made on 4/16, apparently only up to about 4pm GMT based on the last paid post in MMG. I was paid for my 4/16 deposit, as were others who had substantial amounts in the program, and while it's frustrating I'm not worrying. Terra was paying everyone early, at 8 or 9 days, we were all happy and dancing at MMG, and now that she is using the time limits of the terms she set many people are upset. Well, no one was upset when she paid early. She is still paying and I fully trust she will be back up to speed soon.

Good news from the Maximum Surf sites! Bill has finally stated what will happen with Stormpay members - nothing! That's right! We will not be losing our upgrades or earnings paid with through Stormpay. Some admins are removing Stormpay upgrades and earnings or requiring equal upgrades purchased with another processor, but not Bill. He has renovated Autosurf 440 and Maximum Surf, started some new ideas, and admits that while it will take time for the Maximum Family to get back to where it was a year ago it will happen. To that end, I am including Autosurf 440 back on my list of sites to surf and will continue with Maximum Surf as well. I'm not able to upgrade Autosurf 440 as of yet, but it's on my "to upgrade" list and will be upgraded again in turn. I know that this money will not be immediate, but as I'm due over $200 in Autosurf 440 I'm not willing to just give it away.

I want to remind you of non-surfing ways to make extra money, advertise your sites and even get good information to help your garden this spring!

First, remember Hit Invaders. Sign up with them as a free member and you have 90 days to click on sites and earn enough money to become a PRO member. PRO membership has been lowered to $6 so it's easy to earn that much in 90 days. Just click on the sites - it's manual - while you're doing your manual autosurfing, reading email, or whatever else you do while on the computer. Hopefully you'll also see an ad that is of interest to you and will sign up for the site or product.

Another great way to make money and get quality information is through Greenwiz, a forced matrix program. The cost is only $5 per month. You receive access to a gardening forum and newsletters. You don't have to access the gardening information, but it has been useful in helping me with my butterfly garden that I started a month ago. Check out the site and look at the earnings potential. Plus, since it's a forced matrix, you will receive spillover from your upline. Getting members to join is NOT all up to you! Check out the link above to sign up under me or here to sign up under my son. Yes, kids can participate if the account is overseen by an adult. It could be a great way to introduce your pre-teen or teenager to surfing and online opportunities.

Now another fun part - the end of the month tally! I know this month will look pretty nice since I took $325 off the table to put into my pocket. Nothing fun was bought with the money, unless you count the $40 I'm taking to a writing workshop next weekend, but the money was available to pay the electric bill. Now that's what surfing is all about to me - having additional income for everyday expenses as well as some fun stuff.

You can see how Stormy Surf has helped me regain almost half the money I lost in 12DP plus some of the other sites that went down as well. That amount of loss money does include what I'm owed from AS440 - I was certain it was gone - but after the announcement today maybe I will get that money back as well and my losses won't be so extensive.

Luckily I did not have the losses some others incurred as I wasn't maxed out in any sites and I didn't borrow to put money into the sites - that is a VERY bad idea, BTW. Start small and it will grow.

My growth will be slow going as well over the next few months. Beginning in May I plan to take $100 per month to put into my pocket. This money will primarily come from Stormy Surf but I will also take small amounts from other sites as well so that I can continue to grow my Stormy Surf fund. I already had to rearrange my plans to do this so I won't be maxing out in SS until the fall at this point, but having the extra money in my pocket is important to me at this time. I learned a lesson when 12DP and the other sites fell - don't put all your eggs in one basket. Yes, some of the baskets I used ended up having a hole in the bottom :) but for the most part I think I finally have a good portfolio of sites and I plan to stick to what I have for right now and concentrate on building this portfolio into what I know it can be. Hopefully by this time next year I will finally be in profit every month and able to take more money for myself.

I received my check from The Bullion Exchange today, 4 days after request. I am very happy with them and their fees. It may seem like a small amount, but I saved $2 by using them to out exchange instead of using Gold Age, which is the company I use to buy gold because they have a branch bank here in my town. On a small amount of money the fees are lower, but imagine if I were cashing out a much larger amount? You do need to take the fees into account in that case.

The money was to go to pay Lowe's for my hot water heater. Instead we're going to have to bite it and pay the interest because this money needs to pay for electricity and some more propane in the tank. However, I am sure that Stormy Surf will continue and I have high hopes for Total Rune, so I should be able to pay everything off by the end of the year if all goes well.

Another week gone, another update :)

Expecting payment at any time from Stormy Surf, and I'll be taking out the money to pay Lowe's this time :) I still don't have the total amount though, but having to pay interest on $200 is much better than interest on $500. Check out Stormy Surf News as well as the MMG Forum. You'll find some great people and dance along with others when we receive our payouts!

I'll also be taking a portion of that money and paying the monthly fee into Greenwiz, a matrix program, and sticking part of the money back into Stormy Surf. I also signed my son up for Greenwiz - here is his link - so if you would like to help him build his matrix that would be appreciated as well.

Greenwiz is a forced matrix program. The fees are $5 monthly. Subscribers get information on plants and gardening, including a newsletter plus various tips. You don't have to access the information on plants - I definitely do not have a green thumb - but if you ever need the information it's there. I like that it's a forced matrix too, which means that advertising from your sponsor helps grow your downline in addition to what you do as well - which means once you get your first 3 in the downline, you can help them out with their downline. There is a potential of making $1979.10 per month once the matrix is complete. There was a benefactor program in place at one time but it's on hold right now. In the future I may start a benefactor program of my own for those interested.

Penny for Your Surf is doing well - surfing is fast and I hear good things about the admin. Payouts can now be done twice per month at a minimum of $1 without having to wait 15 days in between cashouts. I don't have a set plan for upgrading with this site. I pretty much just stick in spare change whenever it's in e-gold.

Total Rune is doing well for me, too, so far. I plan to upgrade again in the site before my current upgrade ends on May 11. I do wish the upgrades were longer than 21 days, though. I'll be up for payout by May 11 so I'll post about the payment then.

I don't know what's going on with Surf20Cent. I haven't had the money to upgrade, but that's just as well because he's saying he can only pay half of what he owes for recent cashout requests. I did not request a cashout when he opened them up because I knew there was a chance of not getting paid. There is only a small amount in there, so I think it may be time to kiss it goodbye. I was hoping that it would help me grow some more in Stormy Surf or give me a little money for another site.

Still no payment from Knights Gold Surf. Only 1 paid announcement was posted a few days ago and it was an Alertpay payment. Someone apparently tried to force Nate to pay and all he got for his trouble was a refund and a deleted account. However, I do wish Nate would let us know what's going on. I understand his stepfather passed away. However, my cashout request was a week before that happened and others on the forum have stated that they've been waiting since mid March - again, before that happened. So what is going on? Without that money I cannot upgrade into KGS or anything else.

I have heard nothing from Black Gold Surf about the messed up account or the pending payments. Time to kiss it goodbye.

I'm this close to being able to request a cashout from Maximum Surf, but I'm not going to. There is no point. I MAY upgrade $5 from e-gold into the site - heck, I've thrown so much money away, why not? Anyway, I may have to kiss this one goodbye as well. I think the money in AS440 is going to be given as a gift to the site anyway, since it all came from Stormpay, so they don't have the money to pay me anyhow. I think it may be time to kiss all the Maximum Surf sites goodbye from my list.

My plan for the upcoming weeks is this:

Continue my plan with Stormy Surf - I will be requesting a partial cashout this time, but will continue putting money in and letting it grow. With each payout, $5-10 will go to the following programs:

Short Update

I was paid yet again from Stormy Surf. I kept part of the money to use in Total Rune and sent part of the money into my paypal account through Gold Age. The fees were high - $6 - but I needed it in paypal to pay some ebay fees and some other things. Next time I'll purchase e-gold through Gold Age but use another company with lower fees to sell my gold.

So, I finally joined Total Rune. I have only heard good things about the program. They do accept e-gold, uniclear and alertpay. They offer 7% on adpacks for 21 days. Adpacks are $5 with a maximum of $15K in the program. Payout is at $7 and you can request cashout on Sunday with payment received within 7 days. Many people are getting paid much sooner than that, though. There are no fees to purchase an ad pack or cash out. Word at MMG is that debit cards for the program were just purchased as well and will be for sale soon, if that is what you want to do. Compounding is also allowed, I believe on weekends but I cannot see where that is made clear. Some free e-books are also included with the ad pack purchase. I do need to make clear that Total Rune is a MANUAL surf, not autosurf, but you only have to surf 10 sites.

With some spare pennies I also joined Penny-For-Your-Surf. Upgrades are only 1 cent and cashout is at $1. Ad packs last 90 days and earn 2%. You can request a cashout whenever you have a $1 but each request must be 15 days apart.

Still no payment from KnightsGoldSurf. Latest news was that Nate was still out of town but would be starting payouts soon. There was a paid post on the forum dated for today. The member was paid to uniclear, though, not e-gold. Hopefully we'll start seeing some e-gold payments soon. Can't upgrade without e-gold, can't have e-gold without getting paid. It's a viscious cycle.

Nothing heard from Black Gold Surf yet either and my account is still messed up. I doubt I'll see any money from them at all.

So that's my short update. I'll have a longer one this weekend.

Well, as of now the only site paying me is Stormy Surf. I received 1 payment yesterday and I'm expecting another one any moment now. I put the payment I received back through for 1 more cycle before withdrawing some to pay for my water heater.

Apparently Knights Gold Surf is also behind on payments. I requested a cashout on April 3 and yesterday was 10 business days since my request - the FAQ states 7 business days to receive cashout. I understand that Nate's stepfather passed away as well this past Monday, so he is out of town, but I am hoping that he will catch up soon and I'm trying to be patient. I am not able to stick to my upgrading plans without being able to receive the money from him as well. I understand from the forum, though, that others who requested payout in March didn't receive it. I requested my last payout on March 15 and received payment within 3 days. Unless those people have a high withdrawal amount, I'm not sure why I got paid and they didn't. Nate has posted on the forum that he is still with his mother and will be working this weekend. Hopefully some people will get paid.

Black Gold Surf has started their new site, yet they claim to still be working on paying people with expired upgrades from the old site. I will not be joining the new site and I am seriously doubting that I will receive anything from the old site.

20cent2surf opened cashouts at $5, but then said that you could request but still would not recieve a cashout this month. So why open the cashout button? I'm not going to request a cashout, though, I'll let the site grow a little for right now.

There was a request to vote for some of the Maximum Surf sites to merge. I think that would be best. That way the money for all the sites would be mingled and maybe some payouts received. However, since I only upgraded through Stormpay, I doubt I'll ever receive any of the money due from Autosurf 440 or even Maximum Surf, because until I hear Maximum is paying again I'm not upgrading even with e-gold.

Basically, now though, I'm stuck with what I have in Stormy Surf until a payment comes from somewhere. I'm hoping it will be KnightsGoldSurf.

Surf20Cent is making some changes. The admin posted about how the site didn't have the funds to make payout that week. Many members asked him to stay open and he opened the forum for ideas on what changes to make. This month some of those changes went into effect. The current upgrade amount is now $2. The cashout amount has been temporarily raised to $25 in order to give the site time to build up some cash. There will be no cashouts for the rest of April. I'm still surfing the site but not building it they way I was.

I should receive my requested payout from Knights Surf Gold by tomorrow. Part of the money will go back into that site and part of it will go into Stormy Surf.

My account at Black Gold Surf is still negative and I still haven't been paid for my March 12 upgrade that expired. I'm thinking I may never see this money either.

Stormy Surf is still going strong and is now my cornerstone program. I'm on track to use part of the money from the current cycle and 1 more cycle to pay for my water heater on my Lowe's card. I'm praying this site will stay solvent. The admin, Terra, has been great to all members. I'm so glad I didn't stay away from this site when I joined it as a surf site last year. I'll be buying more e-gold tomorrow to put into the site. Once that deposit cycles, I'll use part of the money for ebay fees, part to fund 2 more surf sites and part to cycle back into SS. I'm almost at payout with Maximum Surf. Should I request it or not? Should I bother or should I get out of this one while I can? I know all of the Maximum Sites are having trouble. I just can't seem to give this one up.

I haven't sold any books this go round on ebay, unfortunately. I did sell a few a couple of weeks ago and used the money to pay ebay fees and get a few things. I'm wishing I'd stuck the money into Stormy Surf instead :)

Where I buy e-gold

I previously wrote a post that told how to go about purchasing e-gold. The first time I purchased I used Tampa Exchange, an exchange service that had been highly recommended at one time. However, when I used them it took over a week to receive my e-gold. I needed to purchase some more, so I went searching for a new exchange service. I needed one that had an account at a bank here in town so I wouldn't have to drive and I wanted the e-gold in my account within 48 hours.

I found information on Gold Age at Autosurf Central. I used them to purchase e-gold yesterday and the money was in my account this morning. I am definitely going to continue using them in the future.

Fees are 5% within a minimum charge of $5. They offer Flash Funding so that your e-gold is sent within 24 hours. There is an additional charge for Flash Funding and you must be a repeat customer in order to use it. I know the fees are a bit higher than some others, but since the only bank in my town they use is Wachovia it was worth the $5 to not have to drive almost 30 miles to make the deposit, which is what I did for Tampa Exchange, or have to mail in a money order and wait for it to be credited.

Another great thing they offer is the ability to sell your e-gold and have the proceeds sent to your paypal account. I will definitely be using this feature!

Next time you need to buy e-gold, check them out. You'll be happy with their service.

Just letting everyone know that Stormy Surf paid me again. I used part of the money to upgrade a little into Surf20Cent and then put the rest back into SS. After this rotation, I have 1 more rotation until time to pull the money out to pay Lowe's, but I'll be keeping a bit to stick back into the site.

Surf20Cent has made changes in order to keep the site going. Payouts are being held for this month, and after that the payout amount will be $25. Instead of upgrades being .20, they are being raised to $2. Free members must upgrade within 7 days and they cannot add a site. Withdrawal fees have been increased to 5%. The ROI of 3% is staying the same for now.

I went through the sites recommended to me by some co-workers and I believe that Total Rune and Biz Op Ads will be the next 2 sites I will join at the end of the month. Of course, before I do join I'll check the postings at Money Maker Group first. Remember to always check there to get the news on various programs. You'll find out if they are having script issues, payment problems, etc. BEFORE you join.

My account at Black Gold Surf is still messed up. They have promised to be fixing them but they are fixing them one at a time. I still have not received payout from my first upgrade that ended on the 12th of March. That makes 19 business days.

I'm waiting on a payout from Knights Gold Surf, expecting it any day now. I plan to put part of it back into the site to make up for an expired upgrade, then put at least $20 into Stormy Surf to start a 2nd membership. I plan to keep building at SS until I get up to $1K at least.

I'm left now with 5 autosurfs that I surf regularly, although I may not continue with Maximum Surf or Black Gold, so that will knock me down to 3, and only 2 of them are currently paying on time. Word is that Autosurf 440, part of the Maximum Surf family, will be restructured by April 15, but since I've been waiting 2 months on payout I'm not holding my breath, and I'm not upgrading with another $100 after waiting so long for payout.

If I ever do get my payout from AS440, it's going right into Stormy Surf.

Sites with Problems

One main site with a problem is Studio Traffic. Right now the suspended page from the host is showing. There are many rumors going around - 1 is that they are under a DDOS attack and another is that they are so low on money they didn't pay the hosting bill, their staff, nothing. I believe that they are finally gone. While we didn't hear a lot about it, I think they began having problems last year when they started doing "audits" on accounts, then requested funds from people in profit to help with advertising, then with Stormpay shutting out all autosurfs it finally went down.

Another site with problems is Black Gold Surf. Due to the close down of EMO, they have apparently lost some money. Many people have not been paid since the 8th of March. I was holding out for my payment from the upgrade that expired on March 12, but something happened when another upgrade expired on April 1. The script ended 2 upgrades instead of just 1 and put my account in negative numbers. According to the admin, she is working alone with no staff and no help with the script. I didn't even surf yesterday, I don't even know if I should bother.

I was hoping to be able to have something to post as profit, however I'm accepting my losses with Autosurf 440 and moving on. I'm not going to continue begging for my cashout request, so I need to put it behind me. I'm adding to my loss amount from last month the amount of $225.44, which is my total cash balance in AS440. I requested $104 almost 10 weeks ago. The site no longer allows compounding, so the money is just sitting. I'm not deleting the account, but I'm not surfing it either.

March 2006 - income +$358.92 (surf sites, selling books, etc.) - fees <$9.31> - money paid in - <$347.31> - AS440 Loss <$225.44> (cash balance of the account). Loss of $223.14.

YTD 2006 - income +$1054.59 - fees <$38.79> - money paid in <$963.92> - Losses <$600.88> - Net Loss <$549>

Since beginning in 9/05 - income +$2722.74 - fees <$178.80> - money paid in <$2201.47> - losses <$600.88> - Net Loss <$258.41>.

Hopefully this will be the final report of losses I will have to note. This will turn around. It may be slow, but I know it will.

I'm now down to 3 sites that I deem trustworthy - one is a private site no longer accepting new members, one is Knights Surf Gold and the other is Stormy Surf.

At the end of April I will add 2 more sites from the post below - So who's still paying - to my plans.

After all the Stormpay stuff now we have sites we believed had weathered the "storm" up and close - some with no warning, some with restructuring plans reminscent of 4 Daily's restructuring last year. So some co-workers and I came up with a list of sites that still pay as scheduled. These are sites we have been members of for quite a while, some of us through the Stormpay problems.

My main trustworther site is Knights Gold Surf. I was a member of Knight Surfers when Stormpay decided that sites could only accept them as processor, so when admin Nate started this site to accept e-gold, I joined up. I've been paid each and every time, on time. KGS pays 4% over 45 days, ad packs are only $2.50 each. This is my AS440 replacement :)

Next is Stormy Surf Shares. This is a non-surfing membership plan. They started as a surf site, then after the problems they changed their business plan. I have been paid each and every time with this site and I'm not seeing them stop anytime soon.

Eprofit Works restructuring

Eprofit Works will be temporarily closing tomorrow to restructure. They say they will issue refunds to those not in profit based on outside money put into the program, then they will 0 out all accounts and start fresh. Sounds oddly familiar...

I will not be participating in this program any longer once that happens. I worked hard to build up my account value and now it will just disappear. I don't like that one bit.

I'm working on a post with some other forum members from work about what sites are still paying. I'll have it posted tomorrow.

Weekend Update

Even with the changes that have taken place I am happy about how March is turning out.

Studio Traffic states that they will remain open. They are proposing a plan to purchase shares at a minimum amount of $10 each. Shares will not expire. If I'm understanding this right, the more shares you own then you are higher on the payout priority list. I'm not sure I like that. I can't afford to put say, $1000 into ST, especially with the history they've had over the past few months. If what they are saying is true, though, then the person who puts in a large amount for shares will be paid long before someone with only a few shares. I don't believe that is fair. I don't know if I will continue with ST once this new plan goes into effect.

It has now been 9 weeks since I requested payout from Autosurf 440. I have no idea if I will see the money since their Stormpay account has been blocked as well. If there is nothing received by the end of March, I'm adding AS440 to my list of losses from the Stormpay debacle.

Surf20Cent is now a manual surf, which is a bit irritating at times, but I understand why they changed. I requested my first payout of $2.50 and received the payment within the stated time period of 3 days.

I was due to upgrade Knight's Gold Surf on the 28th, but I went ahead and upgraded today instead. I have one upgrade falling off as of April 4 and I'm planning to upgrade again on April 7. I wanted to replace the upgrade coming off as soon as I can. I did receive my last requested payment from them and hope to be due another within 2 weeks.

Black Gold Surf is down today. I hope it comes back up. I just upgraded again by $10, even though I've been waiting on a pending payment since the 12th. Others have been waiting since the 8th and have had no payments - these were people who used e-gold, not EMO. I know the site lost a lot with EMO going down, but I was hoping that BGS would be the next 12DP for me. I'm supposed to upgrade again on the 29th, but I think I'm going to wait and see what happens now.

I was paid yet again by Stormy Surf Shares. I was paid for 1 share I put in on the 17th, I have another one due to be paid as well that was put in the same day. They have never let me down, so I don't know why I keep upgrading in some of these sites. Instead of the planned $10 into BGS, I may just stick it in Stormy Surf Shares.

Eprofit Works is still going strong, I usually hit 1 of the cash bonuses while surfing, but not the $100 one yet. Their big news is that their processor, Auto Surf Money, has had to close. No word yet on how payouts will now work.

Maximum Surf is the same old thing, surfing daily. If I could put part of my AS440 money into Maximum Surf I would do so, but only their new sites are options for payout. I'm not about to join another Max Surf site when they cannot pay for the ones they already have.

Hit Invaders is going well. I'm logging in every hour when I can to get more hits. My free membership expires on May 10 so I'm trying to get what I can.

Big News from Stormpay - they are now an auction only site - no purchases can be made through them unless it goes through the auction site. I guess we can say bye to Stormclix, even though it wasn't making a lot of money for me anyway. I believe that Stormpay will be gone from the net by the end of the year. Why use them when ebay is the most popular auction site out there?

I'll be back on the 31st with my amounts for the month.

Well, it's getting faster and faster to finish my surfing daily, even the ones I'm checking for bonuses off and on. I have to say I am sitting here more often watching the ads flash by - I even visit those that look promising.

I start with my first group of sites:

Maximum Surf, Black Gold Surf, a pay-to-click site, and eprofit works.

There have been no changes with Maximum Surf.

I'm set to upgrade with Black Gold day after tomorrow. I still have a pending cashout with them that I should receive any day now.

I have been able to click on a few bonuses with eprofit works. The surfing is smooth and the ads are interesting - not the same old things over and over again.

Once the first site is finished, I log out and go to my 2nd group.

Studio Traffic is the first program in my 2nd group. I do still surf daily, even though I don't know what the future will hold. I am not in profit and don't plan to even request a payout until probably the end of this year, so I'm willing to see if the site goes down or not.

My next site would normally be Surfmunkee, but I am afraid that it is gone. It hasn't come back in over a week and I have heard nothing about it. I guess it's another write off.

Then I go to Knight's Gold Surf. I watch this site for the cash and credit bonuses that pop up every now and again. I received my payout from them and I'm due to upgrade with them again on the 28th.

When another site is done, I head over to Hits Invaders. I also check into this site during the day while I'm on the computer so I can get more links. I'm still working on my $10 cash so I can make pro. However, even if you are not a pro member, a portion of your clicking goes towards your site clicks, so you still get exposure.

Then I head over to Surf20Cent. The site is still going, all egold problems are worked out. I will be able to request my first payout on Thursday and will be upgrading again on the 24th.

Then I head over to Stormpay to click on Stormclix. Yes, I still do that, although I don't make what I was making, and now it's pretty much going to pay for advertising instead of surf upgrades.

Another site I never have to worry about is StormySurf. I was a member of this site when they were surfing. They paid me each and every time, and even now they are helping those who had upgraded with Stormpay by issuing refunds to them as they are able. They are even helping those who have upgraded with EMO since the recent problems with that site. They have never let me down on a payment. I just deposit my money and check back with them 10 days later. They will also have advertising options with the membership available soon.

I also check on Autosurf 440 and check the forum. Tomorrow will be 9 weeks since payment was requested.

I added up my totals the other day and for the month I have a profit - a small one, but a profit. I'm finally starting to see some money from some sites and I hope it will only grow.

Tivo Deal I Have to Let Everyone Know About!

I normally don't do this, but since I love this product so much I knew that I had to do this. Some of you may have heard about Tivo in the past. I love my Tivo, when I got an email from them about their new pricing plans I had to check it out. If you've ever considered a Tivo, this is by far the best deal I've seen.

You can get a brand new Tivo box, with service included, for $16.95 per month for 3 years. And don't worry about the 3 year committment - once you have Tivo you'll wonder how you lived without it.

I purchased my box refurbished from ebay a few years ago and I only pay $12.95 per month for service on that box. I plan to get this deal as well so I can replace my refurbished box with a new one and pay only $4 more per month than I'm paying now.

For those of you who may not know about Tivo - it's a box & a system that allows you to record your favorite TV shows without worry about tape. They record digitally on a hard drive. You access the menu from the Tivo box, watch the show when you want to watch it, then delete it when you're done. You can search for your favorite actors, TV shows, movies, or even keywords. I use it for homeschooling this way - when my son studies certain topics, I enter a keyword for the topic. The Tivo will search the cable listings and find shows that fit the topic. They even have a wish list - if you want to search for a movie you haven't seen in a while, put it on your wish list. When the movie plays, Tivo will find it for you.

You can also pause live TV using the Tivo, and if you come in on the middle of a show and want to see the beginning, you can rewind up to 30 minutes back, as long as you stay on the same channel. Tivo works on whatever system you have - antenna, cable, satellite, whatever.

Some satellite companies offer a DVR with their system, but ask if they offer a wish list or keyword searches - they do not.

I have more changes to report. I guess I need to start posting more often than once a week.

I'm still surfing Studio Traffic even though I don't know what the future holds for the site. I guess no one knows the future of any of the sites, though.

Surfmunkee is still gone. I haven't heard anything on any site about if or when it will come up.

It's been 8 weeks since payout was requested from Autosurf 440. After announcing big changes to the site, the admin announced that the programmer had not returned from vacation and the changes would be delayed. Hmmm, anyone else smell anything?

Surf 20 cent is now able to accept upgrades again through their e-gold account. The site never did actually go down and I surfed the entire time, just couldn't make planned upgrades. My next planned upgrade is for the 19th. I should be able to request my first cashout next week.

Whitewater Exchange is closing, mostly due to the failure of EMO. They are offering refunds, all you have to do is contact them for the procedure.

Knight Surf Gold is going strong, I requested payout yesterday. My next planned upgrade is on the 18th.

I have a pending payout from Black Gold Surf. They did credit me for missing days, however it did got get added to my pending payout, it's still in cash balance. However I don't have the $5 yet to re-up my membership, so when I get my next payout I plan to renew it. The cash balance plus my pending withdraw is equal to the amount I was supposed to receive during the 12 days, so it will work out.

I'm expecting another payout from StormySurf profit share plan sometime tomorrow or the next day. As usual, part will go towards paying my Lowe's bill will part of it will go back to SS and part will go to other sites for upgrades.

Eprofit Surf is now Eprofit Works. I've been surfing and gotten a few small bonuses. I've heard there is a $100 bonus that comes around every now and again. I'm crossing my fingers for it.

Maximum Surf is the same old thing, just surfing as usual.

On the HYIP front, it seems that power of gold is no longer paying. I did recieve 1 payout. I put $5 back into the program and was set to recieve $10, however it's still showing as pending and others are reporting not being paid.

There is a brand new HYIP that just opened called Performance Fund. I know the admin from a message board related to my work, so I know the game will be run fairly. She has a doubler up now, so that's where I put my money. The doubler is only for a limited time though, so jump on it!

HitsInvaders is going well, I should have the money to go pro by the time my free memebership runs out in May.

I still have my homeschooling book up for auction at ebay. I've included a free gift of 23 classic books with an order.

Well, I'm learning my lessons.

Studio Traffic is about to change their earning structure. I'm trying to get detailed information on this and will post more when I do. I don't want to post something incorrect.

The Surfmunkee site is down for some reason. They did say they had been dealing with some DDOS attacks. We'll have to see what happens.

Autosurf 440 is also coming out with a new earning structure based on account levels. I issued a ticket asking if previous cashout requests will be honored. Part of the new system will be that you must have $100 account level to request a cashout. I was told that previous cashouts will be honored under the new system.

Surf20cent is having problems. Their e-gold account has been suspended and the admin has stated they may not be able to make payments next week unless they can speak to e-gold. Upgrades to this program cannot be completed either.

Whitewater Exchange is going well, no changes there.

Knight's Surf Gold is still good. I recently upgraded and should be able to request cashout next week. My next planned upgrade is for March 28, but I may decide to put more money into this known and paying surf and upgrade more often.

Black Gold Surf is up and down, up and down. My upgrade with them ended today. I don't know if I'll be upgrading again with them or not. I was expecting to get back $14 based on the old 12% that I did earn for 4 days, but with the new percentage plus the site being down I'm only looking at $7.20 for a $10 upgrade. The admin has stated that she will adjust accounts for downtime, but not sure when.

I am hating HYIPs but loving Stormy Surf right now. I was paid early for my 10 day membership. I put $50 back into the site and expect my next payout on the 17th. Since the profit money is what I plan to use to help pay for the Lowe's bill on my water heater, I will start keeping more of the $25 profit I make instead of 1/2 of it as I had been. I've lost too much of the profit in HYIPs, trying to get ahead. I may use $5 of it to continue upgrading Knight's Gold Surf, though, then keep the rest. Stormy Surf has never failed to pay me and I do plan to advertise through them and in their newsletter when it's released on the 15th of March.

I did not recieve a refund from Engage Surf. They are now totally gone.

Another lesson I learned - if you cannot find a site on MMG, then google them. After not getting paid anything for my $8 upgrade into Crof Bros., I googled them and found out they had not been paying for over 2 weeks by the time I made my upgrade. More money down the drain.

I'm upset with Eprofit as well. Their weekend has turned into a week of being down and they also recently released a new earning structure. There will be no guaranteed percentage - the only money earned will be through surfing bonuses clicked and referral commissions. I was hoping they would be another stable surf site to get through this, but apparently not.

I've not made any changes with Maximum Surf at this time, still surfing. Hopefully compounding will be turned on at the same time as with AS440 on the 15th and I will compound with them.

As far as the HYIPs go, Horsefunds went down the day my deposit was due to expire. Power of Gold is still here, though, and I recieved my payout of $8.25, less fees, today in my e-gold account. POG doesn't allow compounding, so I took out my balance and plan to put in another deposit today for 3 days. It's really hard to ask for referrals for an HYIP because they can be here today, gone tomorrow. Since POG doesn't allow compounding, though, their numbers are more realistic.

Some more good things have happened, though. I sold a copy of my homeschooling book, Life Lessons. I have the book up for auction on ebay and on Stormpay Auctions. I also received an affiliate payment this month for a homeschool planner that I use. I also recieved a payment for information on a pay-to-click site that offers up to $600 per month depending on your account level.

So it pays to diversify and always have some type of income coming in. I am working on a new book to sell as well, just waiting on some art work before I can complete it.

I am feeling a bit dejected at the way the autosurf industry is changing. I never expected the 12DP fallout to change it so much. I do understand the surf sites wanting to change to a more advertising led type of site. I also remember my early attempts at traffic exchanges and how frustrating they were. I do not want to go back to that.

End of the Week

I know I'm late posting for the end of the week. I tried to post yesterday but Blogger was apparently down.

More changes for my portfolio, it seems. Just after I joined Engage Surf the program closed. I did request a refund using their form. I requested $10, 61% of the deposit I had just made, as instructed on their form.

No changes to the following programs : Studio Traffic, Whitewater Exchange, Knight Surf Gold, Eprofit Surf, and Maximum Surf.

I would like to offer my condolences to Surfmunkee Admin, Marcus, on the loss of his wife. May God give you comfort during this time.

DadNDave's reopened for members just to close again suddenly to re-write their script after information on autosurfing was released by the SEC. According to Dave's site, though, they should reopen by midnight tonight.

On March 8 it will be 7 weeks since I requested cashout from Autosurf 440. I put in another ticket to ask about payment status.

I joined another new site called Surf20Cent. You can earn 3% over 50 days with as little as .20 to upgrade. They take e-gold. Cashout is on Thursday with $2 cash balance. They do charge a 3% fee to cashout.

4 days after joining Black Gold Surf they also closed down to re-write their script. As of today it is not back up and nothing has been said about credit for the lost days. My upgrade will expire on the 11th.

I've started back with HYIPs again, but I'm going slowly. I lost $5 on Vicious Game, but I did sign up for another one soon after. Currently I'm with Meta Hyip and a program called Croft Brothers. They pay 5% or more directly to your e-gold each business day (M-F) over a period of 8 weeks. It's not a quick HYIP, but it could pay off.

My dh's car died on him today and after having it towed we discovered it needs a new engine, so I really need to pick up on some work hours as well as get a better profit on surfing. I still have a hot water heater to pay for by May as well. How can you readers help? I'm not asking for donations, but there are ways you can help me get some extra money.

The easiest thing you can do is click one of my google ads. Just click on one each day you come to visit. This costs you nothing.

Another thing you can do is sign up under me for one of the surfing or HYIP programs. Only sign up under me though if you were considering that site anyway and only deposit into these sites what you can afford to lose. I know we're all in the same boat here regarding problems with Stormpay and everything, but I don't want to cause anyone else to get into trouble either.

End of the Month

It's the end of a month we'd all like to forget. I am finally getting some things going again and some money flowing, even after the problems getting my e-gold funded and a transfer to AlertPay that took 10 days after cancelling to get back into e-gold.

Nothing has changed with Studio Traffic. I'm still surfing and set to compound through the summer.

I haven't changed anything with Surfmunkee. I'm about half way from being able to compound. They are still taking Stormpay, so when I get my Stormclix up to $5 I may upgrade with them again.

DadNDave's is still on earning holiday until the first of March. I do surf about every other day to get my credits and make sure that they are allocated.

Autosurf 440 owes me $225.44 total. I requested a payout of $104 over a month ago. On March 1 it will be 6 weeks since I requested my payout. I will definitely be dropping this site. I knew I would have to wait, but the site stated 3 weeks. 6 weeks is too long to be waiting on payout.

One of my new sites, Whitewater Exchange, is doing well still for me. I'm surfing daily and plan to upgrade again by the middle of March.

Since Knight Surfers deleted all Stormpay upgrades I am basically left with $15.36 in that autosurf that is just sitting. No one can do anything until Stormpay decided to release the funds to Knight Surfers. So I'm officially declaring the $15.36 in my losses for February.

KnightsGoldSurf is going strong and I should be able to recieve a payout soon. I'm set to upgrade again by March 8.

I also joined Black Gold Surf. This is very similar to 12 Daily Pro. Upgrades are $5 each and last 12 days. You earn 12% per day and get paid within 7 days after the upgrade expires. I'm planning to follow the same plan I was following with 12DP - upgrade 3 times after a 6 day cycle. This should start the 3x3x3 over again. I wasn't able to start with what I wanted, though, so I started with $10 and will grow from there.

StormySurf paid me $75 for my $50 membership. I purchased another $50 membership for 10 days, it will expire on March 9. I used some of the profit money to upgrade Black Gold Surf and I'm saving the rest for an e-gold withdrawal. I still have a hot water heater to pay off, even if I have to do it a little at a time.

I also joined Engage Surf. Upgrades begin with $1, you earn 11% and each upgrade lasts 14 days. There is a $2K limit. I plan to upgrade every 7 days. As far as I can tell it's not like 12DP or Black Gold where you can only have 2 running upgrades. Members can request cashout at $25. They also have to have 40% of invested amount in cash balance. Payouts are received within 5 business days. There is a 2% fee to cash out to e-gold. I was able to upgrade with $17 into this site. My next upgrades is planned for March 6.

Instead of receiving $20 as I'd expected, E-profit surf only sent me $15.11. I'm not sure why. It went to my Autosurf Money account and there it will sit until March 2 because I haven't verified with them yet. Once it's released I will send it to my e-gold account where it will go for an upgrade on one of my new sites.

I'm still surfing Maximum Surf. Compounding hasn't been turned on yet so I'm just letting the balance grow.

February Stats: Money paid in - $152.95---Fees - $5.94 --Money received $78.60 --- Losses: $375.44 = Net loss in February - -$455.73.

Year to date 2006: Money paid in: $616.61--Fees: $29.48 -- Money recieved: 695.67 -- Losses from sites closing or frozen accounts: $375.44 - Net Loss -$325.86.

When you look at it from the long run, it doesn't look that bad, does it? I think I lost more of my hopes and dreams than money. But I know I'll get that water heater paid off, and I know that surfing will help pay for a vacation to Orlando next spring. I just need to pick up the pieces and keep moving. Looking at my stats from when I started, it took me about 2 months to get a profit. I figure it will take about the same amount of time this time around.

I changed my mind about 10 Daily. I removed the links from the site. I was thinking about it yesterday, and with the rules regarding the account level at a certain place at a certain date, payout only once per month and upgrades only lasting 20 days, I started thinking that it sounded an awful lot like Aussie Earners. It was pretty much impossible to get my account level to the requirement set by AE when the upgrades expired so quickly. I started seeing this process ending up being the same way. So I changed my mind and cancelled my funding to AlertPay from e-gold. Hopefully the money will be back in my account in e-gold on Monday. I plan to use it to join Black Gold Surf.

Moving Forward

I am happily moving forward. I received the e-gold I'd requested in my account and was able to upgrade a few sites. I feel better about finally getting things done. I will say that I will NOT be using Tampa Exchange to purchase e-gold any longer. I made my deposit on Saturday into their account and as of today, February 17, the money still wasn't in my account. When I called asking about the status I was told it would be Wednesday of next week before they had any e-gold. I requested a refund and at that point was told they did have some e-gold in their account they could send me, which they did. So it took numerous phone calls - long distance for me - and a request for a refund to receive my e-gold. Hopefully I won't have to use another exchange service for a while, but if I do it will not be Tampa.

So, on to my post. Here are sites I'm keeping and sites I've joined so far.

I still have Studio Traffic. I'm down for automatic compounding into the summer. I should be able to verify my Studio Pay account and request a payment this fall. Hopefully the auditing they are doing will be completed at that time.

I still have SurfMunkee. Their Stormpay account IS active. They have lowered the maximum account limit to $490 per account. I will continue surfing them and may upgrade again in the future.

I still have Dad N Dave's (no link since he's not accepting new members). My account balance was not affected by his removal of Stormpay upgrades since I had upgraded with Paypal. Surfing is still on however earnings are disabled until March 1. I plan to continue upgrading and compounding with DND until I reach a $100 balance, then I plan to alternate cashout and compound.

I still have Autosurf 440 (no link due to slow payout from site). It's been 4 weeks and counting since I requested a cashout of $104 and 1 week since I requested another $50 payout. They added back other processors to their sites, so I changed my payout information again to Maximum Wallet. Their help line says they no longer help with cashout information. I don't know that I will keep this open once I receive my cashout from them. My account level has fallen down to $15 since I could not upgrade with Stormpay for a while and they had removed other processors. However, if it takes over a month to receive cashout I'm not planning to put any more money into the site.

I have joined a new site called Whitewater Exchange. The admin is a co-worker in one of the businesses I do from home. The site offers 1% over 365 days. Upgrades are $10 each with an account limit of $10K. You can compound on the last day of the month if you have over $20 or request a cashout on the first of the month with $20 or more. There is no free money given. They accept Alertpay, EMO, and e-gold.

I also upgraded my account with Knights Gold Surf, the new account from the admin of Knight Surfers. Knight Gold Surf offers 4% for 45 days. Upgrades are only $2.50 each and you can cash out twice per month once you have $10 cash level. They accept e-gold, e-bullion and Uniclear.

Eprofit Surf has completed their transition with Autosurf Biz and the two are now one. Compounding was turned on today and their processor, AutoSurf Money, is now up and running. I verified my account details since payday is tomorrow. I compounded by $10 and I should receive payment of almost $30 into my AutoSurf Money account. To withdraw from AS Money, you can request a cashout to Paypal, e-gold, or a check. There are fees associated with each request.

I still have my account with Knight Surfers, the original site. However it seems to be in limbo until the Stormpay thing is fixed. The admin is now accepting other processors to the site, but until a member upgrades with the same amount of money that they upgraded with using Stormpay the member cannot request a cashout. All of my upgrades are tied up with Stormpay. I still surf the site and earn on what is in there, but I don't see the point in upgrading with another processor when they also offer Knights Surf Gold.

I still have Maximum Surf. Compounding is still off with no word from the admin on when it will be available again. I still surf it but I haven't upgraded in some time. They have added back additional processors to use instead of Stormpay.

I also purchased a $50 membership in StormySurf through e-gold. The membership is good for 10 days and offers 150% profit. That means that I'll get back $75 for my $50.

So, that is my update for this week. It feels really good to be moving forward again. I do have a few other sites I plan to join later on - Vivasurf and Black Gold Surf. Black Gold has reported some script problems, so I'm holding off on them until they say they are fixed.

How to Fund E-gold

Here are the steps to fund an e-gold account. I'm posting this due to a comment on a previous post.

I was also confused about how to fund e-gold when I first signed up for an account. I never did fund my account from outside, I had another surfing friend sponsor me as part of her downline and she sent me some e-gold to upgrade a site. Since then, I've found that it's very easy to fund the account, but it does take time and patience. It won't be an automatic update from a bank account or credit card, so be prepared to wait a few days for the process.

You have to fund e-gold through an exchange service. The exchange service that I used is called Tampa Exchange.

There are different options on making your deposit to the exchange service. You can make a cash deposit, send a money order, send a cashier check, or make a wire transfer.

I chose to make a cash deposit. To do this, click on the cash deposit link on the Tampa Exchange site. It gives a list of all the banks where they have an account. I opened another tab in Firefox and looked up the banks to see if there was a branch near me. I found a SunTrust branch nearby that was open on Saturday. After I chose the branch where I was going to make the deposit, I clicked on the SunTrust link on the site. There was an e-form on the page that I filled out. It included my name, e-gold account number, phone number and the amount I was depositing. Once I submitted the e-form I was sent to a page with the account number for SunTrust and instructions on what to do next.

If you choose to use a different option, then click on the option you choose and follow the instructions.

This past Saturday I went to the bank branch and used a bank deposit slip to make the deposit into the Tampa Exchange account. The teller processed the deposit and gave me the receipt.

I took the receipt and taped it to the instruction page I had printed out and faxed it to Tampa Exchange. For first time users they usually call the home number and verify your e-gold account number. Due to this, the process does take time.

The money should be in my e-gold account by tomorrow. The entire process will have taken 4 days, not including Sunday but including Saturday when I made the deposit.

Tampa Exchange charges a 4% fee from your deposit and e-gold charges a 3% fee to receive funds. If you deposit $100, Tampa Exchange will take $4 and e-gold will take $3, so you will end up with around $93 in your e-gold account when all is said and done.

When you are ready to withdraw funds from e-gold, they need to be changed back into dollars. You use the exchange service to do this as well.

To go through Tampa Exchange, first you would email them and let them know how much you want to exchange. Once you get the okay, you send the e-gold to their e-gold account. They also take a fee to exchange to dollars, then they mail you a check.

So, it does take time to do this, but if you can be patient it's pretty easy to fund your e-gold account.

Weekend Update, Starting Over

I think it's time to bite the bullet and realize that some of the money I'm due may never come to me. I'm ready to write off the losses and begin again. I've taken screen shots of my account summaries, referral screens, etc.

I have 3 pending withdrawals with 12DP that I'm putting down as losses. I'm putting down the entire amount as a loss, not just the upgrade cost.

Studio Traffic is still up and running for me with no problems at this time.

Surfmunkee's account with Stormpay has not been frozen, however they are now accepting Alertpay and not Stormpay. This is to continue to protect the program. They are honoring payments to Stormpay.

DadNDave's is still closed while they fix database problems.

It's been over 3 weeks since I requested payout from Autosurf 440. I sent in a ticket asking where I was in the que. They stated they would pay into Maximum Wallet since I sent the request on January 18 before all of this started. I don't know the status of their Stormpay account at this time. I have not received my payment yet. I issued another request for $50 to go into Stormpay on 2/7.

Autosurf Biz is still down as they merge this program and Eprofit surf together.

Stormy Surf is another loss as they have closed the surfing program and opened a profit sharing option. They have said they will honor all former Stormy Surf members who send them copies of receipts showing where they upgraded with Stormy Surf. Of course out of all the receipts I saved in my email I cannot find one regarding Stormy Surf. I will purchase a membership in their new program in the future, though. They always paid me and kept the members informed.

I'm not sure about writing Knight Surfers off as a loss yet. Surfing is enabled, although he cannot complete payouts to Stormpay. I guess until all of my upgrades have dropped off I'll continue to surf and hope that by the time my last upgrade ends on 2/23 something will change. If not, then on 2/23 I guess I'll have to consider that money a loss as well. I will be making an upgrade into Knight's Gold Surf as soon as my e-gold money is credited to my account from the exchange service.

Pajama Surf and Alien Trust are 2 other losses. I had just joined AT as well. I have read their new plans, but I don't like the Qchex plan they have come up with, especially after reading information about the company.

My losses total to $336.29. This includes the 3 pending payouts from 12DP, Stormy Surf, Pajama Surf and Alien Trust. I'm not including Knight Surfers at this time, but I may after 2/23 when my upgrades end. Even with this amount of losses, I am still at a bit of profit when looking at my totals since I began this in September.

I have $100 on it's way to e-gold through an exchange service, so I plan to join a few more sites once it's in place and start over. Details on those sites will be included next week.

What are Investments?

With all the blather today about 12 Daily Pro's "investment" scam, I wanted to touch on something - what is an investment?

12 Daily Pro and other autosurf sites never say they are investments, meaning stocks or bonds or other type of security programs overseen by the SEC in the U.S. The word is sometimes used, though, in a general sense. However, I think people see the word used with autosurfing and take it out of context.

One definition of invest, according to dictionary.com, is "to commit (money or capital) in order to gain a financial return."

This is a general sense of the word. You can also say "I invested in a new restaurant opening next month", "I invested money into real estate", "I invested a lot of time into this project", and so on. These are all general uses of the word "invest".

Even the word "investment" can be used in a general way, such as "My investments are tied up in rental real estate". The SEC can in no way tell someone who has rental income that they cannot say "investment" when discussing this particular ownership.

So, yes, in the general sense of the word, when I put money into an autosurf program I am "investing" according to the first definition - to commit money in order to gain a financial return. I am also paying for advertising, which is an investment in my business, so that I can get traffic to my websites - not just other autosurfing sites but this blog, an advertisement for the book I wrote on homeschooling, my cafe press store, and an affiliate program I represent. The investment into advertising sends me more traffic which, hopefully, will result in a sale. A retail store does the same when they invest in a newspaper ad. They hope the investment - money spent - will cause a financial return by increasing sales at their store.

However, an autosurf program is not an investment vehicle that is overseen by the SEC. There are no stocks or bonds purchased, no mutual funds, so by using the word "investment" incorrectly in the media or among others it gives the wrong impression of autosurfing.

No one at any time should put up more money into any type of endeavor that they cannot lose. No one should go into debt. No one should borrow from their retirement. No one should borrow from friends or relatives. No one should use a credit card for anything.

Would you use your retirement money to go to Vegas and play blackjack? If you did, and you lost it all, do you think the SEC or the FBI or anyone would pay attention? They would laugh at your stupidity.

If a friend came to you and told you about a great new product and you could get in on the ground floor of this opportunity and you used your credit card to join in this opportunity, whose fault would it be if it all crashed and you had a bill to pay?

Would you take money from your savings account to purchase a house in foreclosure, planning to slap a coat of paint on it and resell it for a profit? If so, who would you blame if the house didn't sell for a year or more?

All of these are examples of "investing", however not in programs that the SEC oversees. Even playing blackjack in Vegas is investing - you are paying money hoping for a financial gain. If you put up money into these types of investments that you need to pay bills, to retire, to fix your car's engine problem, then it's your fault for doing so - no one else's.

From the SEC site - The world of investing is fascinating and complex, and it can be very fruitful. But unlike the banking world, where deposits are guaranteed by the federal government, stocks, bonds and other securities can lose value. There are no guarantees. That's why investing is not a spectator sport. By far the best way for investors to protect the money they put into the securities markets is to do research and ask questions.

It's the same in the autosurfing world. Yes, it can be a gamble, but if you are careful, diligent, and don't "invest" more than you can afford to lose, you can make money. I'm not promising anyone high returns - my 12DP account wasn't maxed out, I never saw those $720 per day returns - but what I did see is right there on my sidebar for anyone who wishes to look.

My best advice - play it safe. Begin with pizza, beer, or cigarette money instead of a credit card cash advance. Start small and grow with profits. Advertise something besides other autosurf programs, even something as simple as an online auction.

And if the program ends, for whatever reason, come out of it not blaming someone else if you played with borrowed funds. Look in the mirror and point the finger at the person who made the decision.

Decisions on Sites

Sites I will be keeping:

Surfmunkee - they are only taking Stormpay now and from the announcement made recently their account was not frozen. They changed the maximum account level to $490. I plan to max this one out this year.

Studio Traffic - I haven't heard if they have been impacted. I haven't tried to make any type of upgrade or cashout since I'm still under the account limit for cashout. They are still auditing accounts and I'm hoping by the time I am eligible for payout they will be done.

Eprofit Surf - they are merging Autosurf Biz and Eprofit into 1 entity. They will be taking their own processor called Auto Surf money. I've already signed up for it and it should be operational on the 15th. I had requested a payout to ASBiz from Eprofit when all this happened, so I don't know what is going to happen to those right now. They may get paid out to the payment processor instead.

Maximum Surf and AS440 - They are still taking Stormpay and have said they were not affected by the freezes. Payment time is still very long for them, in addition to the fees they are charging, but since they are still operational I feel I have no choice but to keep them for now. As of tomorrow it will be 3 weeks since my payment was requested from AS440. I requested another today for $50, less $5 fee, so net will be $45.

Knight Surfers has a new site called Knight Gold Surf. None of my upgrades were moved over, so I'll be starting from scratch with this site. I still have my credits and my sites in rotation, though. They take e-gold, e-bullion and uniclear.

DadNDave's is also still on my keep list, although the surf bar is still off and I'm not sure what is going on with his site at this time.

I'll be joining Ten Daily and Black Gold Surf. Ten Daily offers 10% for 10 days with $10 upgrades. They use Alert Pay as a processor. Black Gold Surf offers 12% for 12 days with $5 upgrades. They have the same payout plan as 12DP. I'll be trying to do the 3x3x3 with them if possible. They take e-gold.

Hopefully this weekend I will be depositing money with an e-gold exchanger so I can fund my e-gold account with about $70 and my alertpay account with $30. I plan to put $17.50 into Knight Gold Surf and the rest into Black Gold Surf with $30 into Ten Daily through Alertpay.

I don't know what is going on with Pajama Surf or Stormy Surf. I recently got an email from Stormy Surf that they were only going to offer the shares at this time through Alertpay. However none of these sites are coming up for me at this time and I'm getting a funny error message when I try to access them.

I also won't be joining Alien Trust again. I don't know about the whole check thing they are going to do for payout right now, plus the fact that it would involve more fees when you have to cash out, get a check, then put your money BACK into the processor once more. I think I'll bow out of AT for right now.

I should be getting my Alertpay account verified by the end of the week and if my tax money comes in this week I'll have the money in each account hopefully by Tuesday of next week.

I've also taken screen shots of all my programs so I can make notes regarding my losses. I recommend everyone do the same.

New February Goals :)

Here are my NEW February goals:

I have joined EMO and Alertpay. I plan to get verified with both sites within the week. I also will be funding my e-gold account and my EMO account with some money from my tax refund. This money will be used to start over again with sites that accept e-gold, EMO, or Alertpay. I will put money into Alertpay as soon as I can, I want to fund e-gold and EMO first, and only a few sites accept Alertpay as of now. Once I get my seed money into a surf site, I plan to request a payout as soon as I am able and get it back. This was an agreement with my dh :) He's all for me continuing this, but he wants the seed money back in our pockets. I totally agree with him.

I plan to keep surfing the current sites I am members of until this has been finalized and the sites go away. If the sites stay up and switch to other processors I will continue with that site with their chosen processor.

Instead of compounding this month, I plan to cashout of what I can. My request is still in with AS440, it's been 2 weeks and counting, but I could use some of that money to fund some other accounts - if I get it since they are saying Stormpay only and right now there are rumors that Stormpay is out of business. I guess we don't know for sure though. I already compounded in sites such as DadNDave's, but for March I will request a payout. I will use that money from sites I CAN get money from to put into some new sites or continue with old ones and try to make up the money I may have lost in 12DP.

I'll be paying off my hot water heater with my tax refund instead of 12DP money, but it was a good plan.

For sites where I cannot compound or cashout, I plan to let them ride for now.

Now, I think I am going to NOT read forums for a day or two and just see what happens. I don't want to continue to get caught up in the rumors about what is going on with any of the sites or with Stormpay.

How Autosurfing May Change

There has been much discussion in various forums about how autosurfing has changed and how it may change yet again.

When I was first introduced to autosurfing years ago, it was primarily the pay-to-click email advertising and a few manual surf sites. I never made any money clicking on ads that paid 1/10 of a penny. There was 1 email site I was a member of who "paid" 5 cents and up per click. I accumulated over $80 on this site, planning to use the money to pay for school books for college courses I was taking at the time. Imagine my disappointment when I re-read the cashout terms and realized that the $80 could be used for advertising only. I was crushed! Where was all this money I was promised? That did it, and I got out of the pay-to-click world. It was only in September of last year that I learned how it had changed. You still get the traffic swaps, but this time you are actually paid something! Over the past few months we've seen autosurfs go from paying 1% to 12% and higher. But can they keep it up? Are they really "selling advertising"?

Truthfully, I don't want to go back to the 1/10 of a penny email ads and the manual surfing that only pays in credits. I want some real money! However, that may be the only way that autosurfing can survive. Plus we need to have more real ads, not just referral exchanges, which is what autosurfing has become. I personally have the ad for my homeschooling book on several of my exchanges as well as my referral links. We need people autosurfing with real products to advertise.

I think that we may need to go back in some way to the manual surfing. I know I don't want to sit for hours and click until I surf 100 sites, but maybe if we had to manually surf 25 or 30 sites it would be doable. Maybe instead of having all the 5% and higher sites, owners will instead offer 1-4% sites with upgrades that expire after 40-50 days and have some type of manual surfing - maybe having to click after each rotation or every 5-10 rotations. The sites in rotation would be limited referral links with the majority being real products or services for purchase.

I also like programs that offer your money quickly. That's why so many liked 12DP - you got your money quickly, not after surfing and waiting for months or a year. That's what originally turned me off Studio Traffic, earning so slowly and not seeing progress. We need to keep that feeling of immediacy in the program, so earnings should be paid at least monthly with a reasonable cashout amount of $10 or $20. Compounding may also have to be limited or done away with.

I think we are the dead end of easy street. It's time to pick ourselves up and come up with programs that are sustainable and can say, in reality, that they sell advertising.

Weekend Update

Okay, my update, not much going on.

Studio Traffic is still there, still surfing. I couldn't get into a forum and I see nothing saying that the Stormpay debacle has hurt them. I compounded on February 1 and I'm set to compound through the summer.

12 Daily Pro is freezing everything for now, including EMO upgrades, until they strategize a bit about a news report out of ABC 4 in Utah. Apparently some college students were advertising the program on business cards and it got to one of the deans at the college. He claims 12DP is a Ponzi scheme and has threatened to expel any students involved in the program. I currently have 2 pending upgrades and 1 current upgrade in 12DP.

I haven't heard anything from Surfmunkee about this as of yet. I know they decided to accept Stormpay as their only processor, the same thing that 12DP did. I was able to surf today fine. --- Update --- Surfmunkee has changed their maximum ad level to $490 (probably due to Stormpay's TOS which states if a fee is $500 or more the company must prove their business model and their returns).

Dad N Dave's account is also frozen, however he has paid members using other processors if they requested a payment this go round. I compounded this month, as per my plan. I originally upgraded with Paypal for this site, so this should be okay for me, hopefully. Currently D&D is on a surf holiday while cashouts are going on. There is a message on D&D that they have NEVER been contacted by Stormpay regarding any type of issue about their business or their account. D&D also states they have funds available in other places in order to continue to operate normally, they are not "upside down" as Stormpay stated in their email. D&D has contacted Stormpay but received no response.

I have heard nothing regarding Maximum Surf or AS440 regarding this. I know the last information we had regarding payouts said they would take about 1 month. I requested my payout on 1/18 to Maximum Wallet in order to save fees. It's been 2 weeks and waiting. I don't know how things are going to work out if they have been frozen too, but I haven't heard. I have submitted a ticket through AS440 to ask if they have been affected. --- Update -- My AS440 ticket states that they have not been frozen and they have removed all other processors, including Maximum Wallet, from their sites. I had to go into my member settings and change my payout information. I still hope to recieve a payment from the site soon. Unfortunatly, this means that members have to pay the outrageous fees charged by Maximum Surf.

Autosurf Biz and Eprofit have also been frozen. They have paid members using other processors at this time, if they requested payout. I compounded last Friday with ASBiz and requested a payout from Eprofit into my ASBiz account, so the payouts won't affect me. I also had originally upgraded Eprofit from E-gold, not Stormpay, so I would request payment to e-gold if I wanted cashout. The latest information from Dan and Collette state they will be using the weekend to strategize and will share a decision on how to continue on Monday.

Stormy Surf and Stormysurf Shares have also been frozen. They are not selling any more shares or upgrades at this time, however surfing is still enabled and they state they will pay everyone what is owed. I'm hoping they decide to use EMO as a processor.

I'm not sure about the Knight Surfers account. The admin, Nate, is working on a new site that will take e-gold, e-bullion and Uniclear. He is saying in the KS forums that he is expecting some payments to do some switch arounds with processors. Knight Surfers will still take Stormpay only, the other site will take something else. I really don't like using e-gold and never really funded it, but if I can get some to start some small upgrades then that is what I will do and continue to be a member of Nate's new site.

Pajama Surf and Alien Trust have been closed temporarily until they find out what is going to happen with Stormpay. I was waiting on a $6 payout from Pajama Surf.

My plan at this time is to put $100 into EMO and $100 into e-gold. Then I will see what sites are accepting them and try to start over again. If I get money back from Stormpay for anything, it will go into my bank account and into another processor.

Until I know what is happening with Stormpay I'm trying to move on. Most sites are still operational, they just don't know what they are going to do about payouts at this time. Many sites accept other processors and are using those processors instead. I haven't heard anything regarding the Maximum Surf sites or Studio Traffic. Studio Traffic has it's own processor and seems to be okay. Many surfing sites are in the process of going to EMO, which is what I am doing as well. I am trying to get info from each of my sites so that I know how much I am potentially losing. As of today I have 2 pending cashouts from 12 Daily Pro that together totals over $200.

So far I am still surfing pretty much all of my sites. As they move to EMO I will be right there with them. I plan to also join other sites once I get money into my EMO account. This will not end.

Stormpay finally issued a statement and sent it to all members who had dealings with autosurf companies. They lied in this email. They state the following:

Throughout the investigations into these programs, StormPay has asked the
"Merchant(s)" to provide a detailed explanation of the workings of these
programs including how profit margins and customer payments are made. These
questions were asked point blank by StormPay while on a conference call with
the owner/operator and their attorney. The requests for information from the
"merchant" were simply denied leaving StormPay no choice other than to report
those findings to the other organizations who required the information from
StormPay. These findings and reports caused the seizure of funds of the merchant
(s) StormPay accounts until all legal matters are resolved. Please be reminded
that this could have been avoided if the merchant(s) could have, or would have
provided information proving no illegal pyramid or ponzi activity.

However this is not true. The ONLY people they spoke to was 12 Daily Pro. They didn't speak to any other site admin. They are also not stating what organizations are asking for the information about these companies from Stormpay.

In their TOS, where they stated the following:

17. Get Rich Quick" Schemes: Get Rich Quick Schemes are prohibited resell
items by StormPay. Get Rich Quick schemes include any type of self-employment,
start-up businesses, or investment opportunity where the claims of profit or
returns on investment are unrealistic or unsupported. By law, if a business
opportunity costs $500.00 USD or more, the promoter is required to support any
claims regarding earnings or profits with written documentation.

No site, including 12DP, cost over $500 to join. 12DP could be joined for as little as $6. Yes, you could CHOOSE to pay a higher membership fee, but it was not required. They pay on 1 level of referrals, so they are not a pyramid. A pyramid pays on referrals way down the line. Since the cost of joining 12DP is NOT over $500, as stated in Stormpay's TOS, then they should not have to support any claims with the company.

Stormpay has made a lot of money in fees with 12DP and other autosurfs. It's terrible to think of what they are doing to all of us now. Where would they be without the autosurfing industry? Not donating money to racetracks, that's for sure. Their auction site is a joke as well. Ebay and Paypal will dominate the auction business for a long time to come. I know Stormpay isn't making money on auctions.

I will be putting $100 in EMO to start over with new sites and stick with my old ones that will still be around. I hope others who are still on this autosurfing journey will do the same.

Remember, NEVER join with money you need. DON'T go into debt with credit cards, refinancing or mortgages. Start out small and profit a little at a time. The only good thing I know about this is that I didn't lose 1/2 my tax money in Stormpay or in a site and I don't owe credit card companies for my upgrades. Get in, get a payout, and get your money out ASAP. Then play with profits.

A lot going on with Stormpay

First Stormpay issued an ultimatum to autosurf businesses - use us and only us or use someone else.

Many autosurf programs complied with this ultimatum, even though most didn't like it, because the majority of members used Stormpay.

Now Stormpay has suddenly frozen the account of 12 Daily Pro, Autosurf Biz, Eprofit Surf and many more.

There are many rumors out there right now and at this point I don't want to add to them. I will admit that I am concerned and I have many questions. However, Stormpay isn't talking to anyone.

Questions that I have include why issue the ultimatum then freeze the accounts of many of those who complied? Why say that you would give these businesses time to payout their members then not allow them that time? What is going on behind the scenes? Why won't you talk to 12 Daily Pro or the other autosurf admins? Is the FBI involved in an investigation similar to what happened with e-gold? Why are you trying to monopolize the autosurfing industry?

Hopefully we'll have answers soon. Until then, don't issue chargebacks on the sites who have been frozen. We don't want to cause extra problems. Most of us have made a lot of money with 12 Daily Pro and these other sites. Hopefully the strong sites will come through this and will find a solution.

I have signed up for an EMO account so that I can continue with 12 Daily Pro. You can sign up at emocorp.com. Once you sign up, you will need to verify your account based on what you wish to do - use a credit card or bank account to fund and withdraw money from your account. This can take time as the documents sent are verified by EMO staff. I will be verifying my account tomorrow. 12 Daily Pro has removed Stormpay as a processor and has only EMO on their site at this time. I have changed my email address for payment to be sent to EMO, but I don't know what is going to happen to the pending payment I currently have that is now due. I also have an upgrade that was supposed to end today but due to a script error it did not end. Hopefully I will be able to receive the money from that upgrade to EMO or will be given the option to compound.

DadNDave's is the latest autosurf to have lost their Stormpay account, even though they are now a private club and posted that they did not meet the definition Stormpay gave for autosurfs.

Let's hope that most autosurfs will be able to weather this storm (no pun intended :) and we can all surf and know we're going to get our money.

Some have wondered if we should still surf. Unless the site goes down, I will continue to surf.

Update ------

I'm tired and going to bed. There is so much out there, so many rumors that Stormpay's office has been gutted and they are gone, that 12DP has been scamming us all this time, etc. No one knows really what is going on and we probably won't for a while.

For right now DO NOT put any money into Stormpay. They are voiding transactions even from a few days ago.

And if you have money held up in a site, so do we all. Some people invested savings or used credit cards to upgrade. NEVER, EVER do that! I started small, with $20, and yes it takes time when you use pizza money to start surfing, but I wasn't going to hurt my family by doing this. I believe 12DP will be back, as well as some of the surf sites that can hold out through this, and I fully intend to support 12DP as much as possible, but not at the expense of my family. Remember the #1 rule of autosurfing - don't invest more than you can lose!

End of the Month

Instead of doing an end of the week review, I thought I'd go ahead and do an end of the month review since it was so close to the weekend anyway.

I learned my lesson on HYIPs, that's for sure :) I am still a member of Syncfunds but that is all, and even they are down right now. So I've lost everything I had pretty much in HYIPs. I'm not investing into any more. I'm sticking with my surf sites, especially 12 Daily Pro and Stormy Surf.

On the surf side, the following has pretty much stayed the same: Studio Traffic, 12 Daily Pro, Surfmunkee, Autosurf Biz, Stormy Surf, and Eprofit Surf.

DadNDave's is down for maintenance right now. They should be up soon.

I submitted a ticket to Autosurf 440 regarding compounding. My answer was that the admin is considering different options on how to change the site and compounding is still in question. As a result, my account balance has dropped to $120. I requested payout on 1/18 and as of 2/1 it will be 2 weeks since the request with no payment. I may upgrade some fresh money just to get the balance up for a little while, but once I get $200 from AS440 it will be dropped. There is no reason to keep such a small program that takes a month to pay out, charges such high fees to cashout to Stormpay and only has a $200 account limit. For the present time, I'll keep Maximum Surf going and will probably upgrade by $5 every month.

Knight Surfers came back up and was able to fix all the problems quickly. They issued payment for the downtime and I was able to request a cashout. They paid within 24 hours and I upgraded a bit more into the site. My next planned upgrade is on 2/5.

Pajama Surf also came back from their problems after switching servers. I was able to finally make another upgrade and I'm back on my upgrade every 5 days schedule. I last upgraded on 1/29 and plan to do so again on 2/3. I was also able to request cashout on 1/30 for the first time.

I have my tax refund almost completed and based on the figures I should have some money to put into some surf sites. My plan is to put most of it into 12 Daily Pro so that I can start taking an income from the site without hurting my maximization plan. I may also go ahead and get AS Biz up to $150 and put some into Stormy Surf as well so that I can earn the 15% and get paid weekly. With the additional money to jumpstart my shedules I should be able to have a weekly income from almost all of my sites this month.

I'll also be posting my February Goals on 2/1.

Investing for Profits is now gone. I never got back my seed money in this site. I lost about $72 in this plan, including all of my e-gold money.

I guess that's how the game is played, right?

I'm not going into any more 10 day plans except for Profits4InvestingToo. I only have $10 in there, so that won't be as big a loss if it ends. I should get my $10 back on 2/1.

I'm going to have to stop joining HYIPs. I'm not paying attention to my surfing plan and I'm getting frustrated with all the ups and downs. It was fun at first, but now it's just annoying.

The following sites are the same: Studio Traffic, 12 Daily Pro, Surfmunkee, Autosurf Biz, Eprofit Surf.

DadNDave's will probably only be open for a few more days. If you haven't already joined this great, long-term website, do it now. You will regret it!

After discovering the fees that the Maximum Surf sites have begin imposing on upgrades and withdrawals, I've decided that after I withdraw the $200 I have in Autosurf 440 (part of the maximum surf family) I will put that money into either Alien Trust to earn 10% or Knight Surfers to earn the same 4% but with the opportunity for a larger account. I am a member of 2 of the Maximum Surf sites - AS440 and Maximum Surf - and I cannot see paying the fees charged for 2 sites and only being able to have a $200 account level on one of them. To top it off, they have disabled compounding for their sites as well. I have requested my payout from AS440 and hope to have it within 3 weeks. I did sign up for a Maximum Wallet account and will request a check from there. I did receive a surprise $5 upgrade from my upline at Maximum Surf and I would like to say thank you for that. It was a great gift.

Stormy Surf upgrades started dropping off and silly me put the money I had for upgrades into an HYIP for 7 days :( So now I need $10 to put back into Stormy Surf. I did receive the cashout I requested from them but didn't realize until too late that I should have held back at least some of the money to upgrade again with them. My goal is a $200 account limit with Stormy Surf. They have begun weekly cashouts starting at $15.

Knight Surfers is back, but there is a problem with the cash balance. It is being worked on and corrected.

Pajama Surf is also back and I will be upgrading with some stormclix money tomorrow. They had some problems getting on the new surver but it seems the bugs have been worked out.

In HYIP news, Fund4ever apparently didn't last forever :) The site is still there, but people are not getting paid what they are supposed to be paid. They request $100 cash outs and receive $5. Money Maker Group has already moved this fund to the scam section. Before I read this I requested a $10 cashout and reupped with $5.48. Let's see what I get.

Profitsyoudeserve did pay out to my account balance and I reupped for 2 more days with $63. However, the site is down now as they move to a new server. The $63 expires on the 21st, I have another deposit expiring tonight.

I have 2 deposits in Investing4profits, one a 10 day - this is where I put my Stormy Surf money - and another in a 6 day. I thought they exchanged e-gold to Stormpay but apparently the group that read my posting in the forum didn't read my message to see what I really wanted and just turned it into a link fest. I found out that 5 Day Funds does exchange e-gold to stormpay, which is where it was to begin with and what I wrote in the post, but instead of telling me that everyone just posted their links to other sites. I didn't find out about the non-exchange plan, so I'm still stuck with e-gold.

I also signed up with a new program called Syncfunds. It's brand new, has 128 bit encryption and a dedicated server. I have put some of my stormclix money into this site and plan to build it up a little before getting my little seed money back. The only problem is that if you play with the calculators a bit then try to sign up the referral name will disappear from the url, so if you sign up under me make sure my referral name is in the url.

This will be the last HYIP I sign up with. I plan to keep to my plans for now, but I need to pay attention to my surf sites. I was trying to get more money to upgrade them and pay a bill, but I found 2 days where I totally forgot to surf 2 of my sites. That cannot happen and I'm letting the gambling rush from the HYIP take my mind away from the stability of my sites. I even gambled my 12DP upgrade money! I'm not going to do that again.

Caution for Maximum Surf Members

Anyone who is a member of the Maximum Surf sites, if you haven't read the FAQ recently read it now. He's added upgrade and cashout fees. I just requested a cashout to Stormpay for $100 and he charged $10! He added these terms to the FAQ and there are no announcements in the forums and no emails were sent. I wasn't even aware of the fees until I upgraded Maximum Surf once and then requested my cashout with Autosurf 440.

I'm maxed out in AS440 and a member of Maximum Surf, I think this guy is stable for now and he has been very well respected in the past, but these fees are too much.

He does offer Maximum Wallet, his own processor, with no fees on withdrawal but you do have a fee to receive a check. You cannot fund Maximum Wallet with Stormpay - only e-gold, transfer from a Canadian bank since he's in Canada, or a check/money order. Bank transfers also cost $40.

Anyone who is a member there and plans to upgrade or cash out soon contact him about these fees. I requested cash out again through Maximum Wallet and complained about the fees. Maybe if enough people complain then he'll drop or lower them. I understand he wants to make some money, but 10% to withdraw? That's ridiculous. If it was closer to Stormpay's current 3% that would be more understandable.

Compounding has also been disabled with no information on when it will be turned back on.

I think some caution is in order when it comes to these sites. I'm not ready to write them off just yet, but I'm being careful.

Not many changes this week in surfing, but it seems that 2006 is the year of the HYIP and I am jumping in with both feet!

Most HYIPs used to only take e-gold, which meant they were rampant for scammers who just grabbed the money and ran. Plus it's difficult to fund e-gold for most people. I know I don't want to go through all the trouble. I did have some e-gold in my account from an upline and I used that money to get into 5 Day Funds. Now, though, a lot of HYIPs are starting to use Stormpay. There is now 1 I'm in with Stormpay funds and another I'll join with some e-gold when I get my pay out from 5 Day Funds.

The first HYIP is brand new. I mean so brand new it just started! It's called Fund4Ever. Of course, we'd all like it to fund forever, but with an HYIP you never know. The name of the game is get in and get out - fast!

I had $2.72 in Stormclix money sitting there. I was going to put $2 into Pajama Surf, but they announced they are moving servers soon. In the past every time I've upgraded a site and they have had a server problem something gets messed up, so I decided to put that money into Fund4Ever.

They offer a 2 day plan where the minimum deposit is $1.00. The percentage is 300% up to $10 for this plan! The percentage goes up as the dollar amount goes up. That's where I stuck my little $2.72. In 2 days that should get me $8.16. This is my plan for the rest of January:

Jan 15-16 paid in $2.72 @ 300% = $8.16 - 2.72 = $5.44 (I now have my seed money back)
Jan 17-18 paid in $5.44 @ 300% = $16.32
Jan 19-20 paid in $16.32 @ 320% = $52.22
Jan 21-22 paid in $52.22 @ 340% = $177.55 - 101 reinvest = $76.55 withdraw
Jan 23-24 paid in $101 @ 360% = $363.60 - 201 reinvest = $162.60 withdraw
Jan 25-26 paid in $201 @ 380% = $763.80 - 301 reinvest = $462.80 withdraw
Jan 27-28 paid in $301 @ 380% = $1143.80 - 401 reinvest = $742.80 withdraw
Jan 29-30 paid in $401 @ 380% = 1523.80 - total withdraw, time to get out!

Of course, this is what I hope will happen. There is no guarantee, but it would be nice. Imagine making $2968 from $2.72 in less than 1 month! That is the total of all the money I plan to withdraw beginning with the 4th cycle.

The next HYIP I plan to join will be Investing4Profits. I haven't joined yet because I'm waiting on a payout requested today from 5 Day Funds. They have been up and down and up again over the past week and I think it's time I got away from them. With Investing4Profits, I'll be joining in the 10 day plan beginning with $20. I plan to make a few withdrawals here and there but ultimately, if the site holds, I should be maxed out in the 10 day plan by the end of April. There is a potential here of making - get this - over $15,750 EVERY 10 DAYS!

Even if that doesn't work out the first month I will have my seed money back plus another $340 I plan to withdraw.

Now onto the surfing sites. This week the following stayed the same: Studio Traffic,

One of my upgrades with 12DailyPro expired today and I was hoping to be paid for a previous upgrade so I could surf on 2 upgrades today. I didn't get paid so I had to surf with 1 upgrade. I should be paid tomorrow, though and will be able to upgrade again. My plan is going well with 12DP.

I compounded again with AS440 to keep my balance at $200. As of the 15th, I will continue to let my cash build to $150 while not letting my account value fall below $150. I should be able to request cash out around the 24th or so.

I was going to compound with Stormy Surf, but they released info that compounding wasn't working, so I requested a cashout. I plan to get this program up to a $200 account level so I'm requesting cashout whenever possible and upgrading again every 5 days or so. This is because with the new rules upgrades expire every 10 days. I don't want to upgrade daily because when the upgrades fall off that means they will begin to fall off daily as well. I want it up to $200 and I want to stay as long as possible. I should receive payment in about 48 hours.

Knight Surfers has been down a few days. I hope he is back up soon and let's us know what will happen regarding our upgrade earnings. I really wanted to be able to request cashout this month.

Pajama Surf stayed the same for now. I was going to upgrade with $2 of Stormclix as I said before, but I decided to wait until after they move to their new server. I still have time to upgrade before my current upgrade ends.

I requested payout from 5 Day Funds to e-gold. I hope to recieve that money within 48 hours.

Fed Up with 50cent2surf

I checked my Stormpay account today and discovered that 50cent2surf had paid me what they owed, but it was off. Upon checking history I discovered they had paid me twice by mistake - a recurring theme with them, it seems. I issued a refund for the 2nd payment and included a note saying they'd accidently paid me twice and here it was.

Then I checked my email and found a notice from Stormpay regarding a chargeback. Without even giving me a day to refund the money on my own they had initiated a chargeback. It would have been nice to have gotten an email explaining they had made a mistake and please return the money, but no. They issue a chargeback without even seeing if I would return the money honestly.

What really pisses me off is that Di has people still waiting for payments from mid-December, she cut off cashouts for weeks while she took vacations, and she changes the rules all the time, but when someone issues a chargeback on HER, she refunds their money and deletes their account. She can do whatever she wants but her members cannot. It must be nice being Lady Di.

I'm done with 50cent2surf. I put the money she paid me into Maximum Surf, Surfmunkee and Knight Surfers. I'll also be joining Pajama Surf today.

Weekend Update

Studio Traffic was compounded automatically on January 1. I'm still letting it ride.

I received payment from 12 Daily Pro and upgraded again. I'm currently waiting on another pay out and will upgrade yet again when my next upgrade ends.

I reached my goal of maxing out AutoSurf 440. I surfed at $200 for one day, then an upgrade ended unexpectedly. I'm planning to compound again on the 9th. I'm trying to let it build up a bit so that I don't have a lot of upgrades ending daily. I went back through my history and found some mistakes I made for upgrade ending dates. Hopefully everything is correct now. I plan to keep the account level as high as possible until the 15th, then I'll continue building my cash account until I have $150 in cash without letting the account level get below $150.

I was able to compound Stormy Surf this weekend. Next time I have $10 in the account I'll cash out.

I requested cashout of $20.10 from 50cent2surf. It's been 4 days and counting. She does ask for 7 business days for cashout. Let's see if I have my money by next week. I will not be reinvesting in 50cent2surf.

Knight Surfers is going well. I used Stormclix money to put another $2.50 into the site. I'm trying to build it up enough to request a cashout by the end of January. Money from 50cent2surf will be placed in Knight Surfers.

I'm still in 5 Day Funds. I have 2 upgrades now, one in the standard plan and one in the upgraded plan. I didn't know it, but you can use your cash funds to upgrade your account. I still need to get $5 out of the site to get my seed money back, so once I have $15 I plan to get out $5 and keep $10 in the site. Then if it goes I have my seed money back. If it doesn't go, then each time I reach $20 in funds I'll withdraw $10 and leave in $10. I know that sounds cautious, but I'm a cautious person.

I'll be receiving regular withdrawals from my sites beginning in February. I'm so glad! This will be money for me, not to upgrade with other sites. I plan to keep 90% of the cashout money and using 20% to upgrade more sites.

End of the Month

It's the end of another profitable month of surfing and I'm very happy to see how things have shaped up since I started in September. I'm looking ahead to some good months ahead. I'm finally going to start seeing some cash in my pocket and I'm thrilled about that!

Here is my breakdown for the month of December - Money recieved $512.61 -- Fees paid $30.64 -- Money paid into programs $220.60 -- Net Profit $261.37.

Year to date since September 2005 - Money received $1668.15 -- Fees paid $140.01 -- Money paid into programs $1237.55 -- Net Profit $290.59.

Starting with January I will be starting a monthly breakdown, a year to date breakdown, and I'll continue my current year to date but change it to totals since I began surfing.

I've made a few changes to my plan and my surf sites in the past week. The following are staying the same : Studio Traffic, Surfmunkee, StormySurf, and Maximum Surf.

12DailyPro continues to just grow and grow. They pay on time every time. The plan currently is to keep growing until May when I owe a deferred bill on a Lowe's card for a water heater. 12DailyPro will be paying that bill for me in May. Once that is paid, then I will start taking some withdrawals from the payouts for myself. I'll start with $50 and increase the payout as the deposits get larger. A portion of the payout will go to upgrade some other sites as well.

I was able to compound with DadNDave's this month and should be able to compound again next month. I plan to compound this until reaching $100 cash level, then cash out something, then continue compounding.

I am thrilled to announce that tomorrow I will meet my goal of maxing out Autosurf 440! I will be able to compound after surfing tomorrow and on January 2nd I will be surfing on the maximum account level of $200! The goal is to stay at $200 as long as possible, upgrade with money from Stormclix or other sites as the previous upgrades drop off, and keep the account level from falling under $150. Once I reach $150 cash level I plan to withdraw $100 and leave $50 in the account for compounding. This amount is just what I have come up with. I only need $50 to request a withdrawal but I plan to wait and make withdrawals each month.

I was able to compound Autosurf Biz on Friday. I plan to compound until this account reaches $150 account level, then alternate compounding / withdraws.

I also compounded with Eprofit Surf. I plan to cash out next month and have the payment go to Autosurf Biz.

I have decided to drop 50cent2surf. The admin may have the best intentions, but I am fed up with all the changes and the calls to be patient. She did come back after her wedding and I was paid as stated on December 5. However, since then there have been numerous problems with surfing and the site. She changed payout yet again. Members are supposed to be able to cash out twice per month by request instead of doing the mass pay. She stopped the mass pay in mid-December. I figured that most people would still request a cash out on the 16th and I was right - many did. I thought I would wait until the 22nd to cash out so as not to put more work on the admin. However, those who went ahead and requested payment may have been the smart ones. The admin took a vacation over Christmas and disabled upgrades and cashout requests. She returned on the 28th of December and started accepting upgrades once more and says she is working on the cash out requests. These are the requests from the people who went ahead and requested payout prior to Christmas. Now she is taking another break over New Year's and the cashout request is still disabled. Basically I am only going to have the one payment for December now. She says she wants to be sure her new server is stable before opening cash outs. I don't know what to think anymore. All I know is that I'm tired of being told to be patient, she'll be back on such and such a date, then I'm still not able to cash out. Once I get the money in the account - I'm still holding onto hope that I will get it - I'm dropping the site.

I joined Knight Surfers in anticipation of pulling out of 50cent2surf. It doesn't pay as much, only 4%, but the upgrades are only $2.50 so I can still have a place to put my Stormclix money and let it grow. Upgrades last 45 days and it's only $10 to cash out. Members can request cash outs twice a month. There is no compounding, but I'm planning to cash out and upgrade each time I reach $10. I plan to work this site up to about a $50 level then use the money to upgrade other sites.

I also joined an HYIP called 5 Day Funds. I have already been paid twice on my first deposit and I have another deposit sitting now. I am earning 25% daily on this deposit. I started small - $10 - and withdrew it and kept 5. I put $7 back into the site. I plan to keep upgrading with this site as long as I can and withdraw the rest of my seed money soon, then withdraw maybe in $10 increments. HYIPs come and go very quickly. I'm not trying to get rich quick, just make some extra to stick somewhere else.

So that's my weekend and end of month update all in one. I hope everyone reading this can see how surfing for cash is possible and can be lucrative. Here's hoping that 2006 sees all of us in a better financial situation than we are at this time.

This year I have dropped Aussie Earners. GCI Surf ended up being a scam. Estrix Surf ended. I dropped Maximum Surf only to pick it back up after it was upgraded and surfing was better. I was able to purchase a new television for my family and pay something on a bill.

In 2006 I am looking to receiving a steady income from at least 3 of my surf sites while continuing to let the others grow. By the end of the year I plan to be receiving about $500 per month in income from 12DailyPro alone and should be maxed out with 12DP in early 2007. My part-time income should be replaced totally by surfing money by the fall. My husband and I are planning to do at least 1 room renovation this year using surfing money. We'll also be setting aside some money for a trip and using a portion of it to get passports and other paperwork completed. In 2007 I plan to be taking a trip to England, paid for totally by surfing money. We also plan to be purchasing land and making preparations to build a house by the end of 2007. All of this would not be possible if not for the surfing income.

I invite everyone not already surfing for income to start now, in a New Year, and see where you are next December. If it's a crock, well then, you haven't really lost anything but time and maybe $20 or so. People spend more than that playing the lottery or ordering a pizza. But if it's real - if money can be made to replace your income, pay your bills, put money in the bank - then imagine what you could have in just 1 year.

Day in the Life

I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas. New Years is coming and what better time for a new start in your finances?

I thought I would share a bit on how my surfing is organized around the rest of my life. I have a job and a family, but surfing fits in perfectly with my time and my goals.

I work from home about 4 hours a day about 6 days a week. This is doing phone / internet work and is my primary source of income, besides my husband's paycheck. I contract with 2 different work at home companies for this work. I'm not going into details on the blog, but anyone who is interested can email me at gift_lady@alltel.net or check out this forum that lists work at home jobs for free. I've worked from home for a year now.

I use Mozilla Firefox browser in order to surf all of my sites. I have them saved in 2 groups within the browser. In the mornings when I first log on I open my first group of sites. This includes the quick to finish sites like 12 Daily Pro. I organize the sites in my groups based on server time, usually. The ones in group 2 I open during the afternoon, usually after 1 or 2 pm EST in the U.S. This group includes the longer to finish sites like Surfmunkee and Studio Traffic.

After each site is finished I update the earnings in my surfing notebook. My notebook is a 3 ring binder filled with 3 hole punched paper. In the front I have a page for the current month listing whatever payouts I figure I will be due that month and when to expect them. Then I have pages for the surf programs I am part of. These are in no particular order. Sometimes after the main pages where I keep track I have additional pages where I have figured a plan for the coming months. This is written in pencil and I have a run down of when I plan to upgrade, cash out or compound, and when upgrades end. This is mostly how I keep track of my plans. I also use a spreadsheet sometimes.

After the individual site pages I have pages divided into columns where I keep a tally of what I've received, paid out, and the fees I'm charged. I write down everything, even stormclix money.

Next I have a page with all of my referral links written down. This is a big help when I'm updating site rotations. At the end of the notebook is blank paper to use when needed.

Sometimes I will spend a few hours in front of the computer, planning and playing with the spreadsheet or my notebook. Whenever I'm logged into work or just surfing I usually have Stormclix open. I refresh the page every now and again so that I can catch any recent ads that have been posted. By doing this I usually get my $1 per day in Stormclix money.

In between time surfing, when I'm not working on the computer I homeschool my son, an only child, and spend time with my husband and my family who lives nearby.

Sometimes while surfing I will read forums and other blogs about autosurfing, catch up on email, and just play around a bit. Other blogs I read include Wizardgold, Get Paid To Surf Tips, and My Personal Autosurf Blogger. I like the blogs that are like mine, with real people behind them and they are written in an informational yet casual tone. I try to keep informed about various sites and what is going on with them, especially if I'm considering joining them.

I am enjoying surfing for income and wish I'd found it sooner than September. 12DailyPro has especially helped me out of a few jams :)

So that is how my day is spent at this time. Hopefully by this time next year I will be able to spend more time with my family and only log into my work at home jobs long enough to keep my contracts current. I don't want to burn any bridges, ya know. I have 1 co-worker, another person who autosurfs, who is already only working maybe 1 hour a week to keep her contract current. She uses autosurf money to live on, so this can be done.

I know it's Friday but since the weekend is Christmas weekend I thought I would post early. I'd like to wish everyone out there Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays for whatever holiday you celebrate during this time of year.

The following sites have had no changes: Studio Traffic, Surfmunkee, DadNDave's, Autosurf Biz, Stormy Surf, Maximum Surf.

I received a payout from 12 Daily Pro and upgraded again as well as cashed out some of the money. I'm working on a maximization process with 12DP for a bill due in June so I won't be cashing out anymore until the bill is paid. Thankfully the lowered Stormpay fees will help me reach my goal even faster!

I compounded again with AutoSurf 440. I'm still hoping to reach the $200 account limit by the end of December.

Since I never received my $20 payout from eprofit surf to e-gold I requested the batch number from them via a ticket today. Hopefully e-gold will find out what happened to my $20.

My last upgrade has ended with 50cent2surf but she's disabled upgrades and has a few problems right now so I cannot request a cash out or do anything else. She said she'll be back on December 28 so I hope things are open then so I can request a cash out.

I'm looking at 3 more sites to join in the new year. I'm considering Pajama Surf, Knight Surfers and Alien Trust. It's hard to choose so I may end up in all 3! I figure that right now I have 6 1% sites, 1 2% site, 1 4% site, 1 12% site and 1 15% site. I want to add a few more high percentage sites to my surfing list. Right now, though, I'm comfortable with where I am. I surf 10 sites daily in 2 groups, it usually takes about 2 hours as some sites take longer than others. I've been paid by almost all of them and will be looking forward to some steady income from a few in 2006. I'm glad I found out about surfing in September and really wish I'd started it sooner. Next Christmas should be a very good one for my family!

There are no changes with these sites: Studio Traffic, Surfmunkee, Dad N Dave's, Autosurf Biz, Stormy Surf, 50cent2surf, and Maximum Surf.

I was paid again by 12 Daily Pro last week and upgraded again. I am expecting another payment in a few days. They had 2 surfing holidays and my earnings were credited properly each time.

Aussie Earners has been dropped from my list. I cancelled my account and lost $20 in the site. Read about my decision on dropping them here.

I upgraded again with Autosurf 440. I am really trying to hit the $200 account max by the end of December but it may end up being January. I was expecting $20 to put in there but it hasn't reached e-gold yet.

I was able to get a pay out from e-profit surf, however the amount has not yet hit my e-gold account. I had to use e-gold for that site because my sponsor sent me the money to upgrade it with. I tried to email e-gold but it came back undeliverable, then the site went down for about 3 days. I know others have this problem as well. I hope it gets fixed soon because I want the $20 I'm due! Due to this, I switched my
e-profit surf payout information to my Autosurf Biz account.

My list keeps getting shorter and shorter. I may add more sites after January begins.

Middle of the Month

It's mid-December and I'm happy to say that my "money recieved" column has more entries than fees and money paid out :)

For the first half of December I have received $275.39 from various autosurf sites and Stormclix money. I have paid $22.45 in fees and $169 back out to various sites. That's a profit of $83.94, however I'm not sure where $43.94 is because I only kept out $40 as a withdrawal. I guess that money was upgraded somewhere.

I'm happy with how December is shaping up and I'm optimistic about 2006. With the new Stormpay fee structure I should almost be maxed out on 12 Daily Pro by October 2006. If I didn't have to withdraw some of the money beginning in the spring I would be maxed out sooner. Still though, 2006 is looking promising.

Can No Longer Recommend Aussie Earners

While working on an article for a strategy for Aussie Earners I came to realize something. After upgrading with $20 of my own money and compounding I still won't be eligible for payout until January or February 2006, and even then WHEN I may be paid out no one knows. It also seems that to keep my payout status eligible I may even have to put another $10 of my own money into the system to keep the balance where it will be at that time.

Aussie Earners pays 5% on upgrades and they last 25 days. They start you out with $10 free that lasts 25 days, so that starts you out earning .50 per day. Payout is at $50 for the previous month's surfing - exactly how that figure is calculated is not given. If you sign up on the 20th of a month then do you have 10 days to earn $50 for payout, or is it 1 month from when you sign up? Does the money from that 10 days of surfing come into account when you begin surfing the following month or is it not computed into the $50 payout limit? It's not made clear.

You can compound on the first and fifteenth of a month. You used to be able to compound weekly, but just before I was able to reach my first $10 and could compound the site went down for 5 days. When it came back up it was opened for compounding then the rules changed to twice per month.

Say you joined AE on the first of the month with the free $10 and you upgraded by $40 of your own money. In 25 days when both of the upgrades ran out you would have a cash balance of $62.50, but you would be at $0 account level, which means you could not get paid because you must have an active upgrade in order to be paid. So say you upgrade with $10 of your own money on the 20th to keep your upgrades going. You will then earn $3 per day for 6 days when the original $50 runs out. After that point you will earn .50 per day until you upgrade again or until you compound on the first if you have any money in your cash balance, depending on if you've been paid out or not.

Now you've made $47.50 for the first 19 days and $18 for the last 6 days of the first upgrades. You have $65.50. You cannot request a cash out though. The FAQ says that members are paid in $50 increments. This is based on a script that is run by the admin daily listing who is eligible for payments. This also is broken down by what is available in the payment processor. So if 300 people are due payments of $50 each and they all used stormpay that means they would need $15K in stormpay alone. If they have only $1K in stormpay then only the first 20 on that list would be paid. The same thing happens the next day and the next. So how do you know when your name comes up on that list? You don't.

So you wait. And in order to keep your account current so you CAN get paid, you either have to compound - which takes you below the payout amount - or you upgrade with yet more of your own money and continue to wait.

Now say that you have a balance of $500 in AE and you are earning $25 per day. You won't get paid every two days. You will be eligible for payment, but still no one knows when they will get paid. At the end of 25 days you would have $625, but will you get that $625 in one lump? Nope, because they pay in $50 increments, see? So you will get $50 here and there. You may be owed a lot more but who knows when you'll get it. And still, during this time you have upgrades ending and you must keep compounding or upgrading with your own money in order to keep the account open. So you see it's impossible to come up with a strategy because you don't know when you'll receive the money to use again. There are people in the AE forum that state they have a cash balance of over $900 and have waited 3 months for payment but they don't mind. Well, I do mind. I'm not going to wait months for a $50 payment if I'm owed hundreds of dollars.

Another thing that bothers me with the site is that today apparently the server time changed again. I keep a notebook with records based on the surfing day according to the server time on the site. On October 29 the server time changed and I lost a day of surfing. Today, November 13, the time changed yet again and I'm losing another day. I also cannot surf the site until after 7pm my time today, which will be considered December 14, and that is much later than I'm used to surfing any of my sites. Isn't it strange how that has happened twice just before compounding days and yet the admin says they cannot fix the bug in the script that allows them to change the server times?

When I first started with AE it was on Australian time. That didn't bother me, I worked with it. Due to complaints and requests it was changed to US Eastern time, which is my time. I didn't mind that either. But when it keeps changing back and forth that makes me upset.

I believe that based on the changes in compounding and the problems of not knowing when I'll be paid once I'm eligible for payout I can no longer recommend Aussie Earners. Once I do receive my first payout I will be in profit on the site and will drop it. I just believe that the new compounding rules make it very difficult for anyone to make any money at this site. Based on the spreadsheet I have been using I will consistently be just below the $50 mark at the end of each month. That doesn't help me a bit. It may have been different when you could compound weekly, but now all of that has changed.

I will be compounding by $10 on the 15th and let it ride. That will put me at $50 on December 31 and I just have to hope that I'll get paid by the 8th when the $10 compound runs out, but I'll not be putting any more of my money into AE.

Weekend Update

This past week has just been about slow and steady growth in my accounts, nothing major has changed.

The following sites have had no changes : Studio Traffic, Aussie Earners, Surfmunkee, DadNDave's, Autosurf Biz, Eprofit surf.

On 12 Daily Pro I was paid for one upgrade and cashed out a bit of the money for Christmas. I upgraded again so that I would have 2 upgrades constantly going. I also tweaked my 12 DP plan in order to start building the accounts and working on maximizing them.

I upgraded by $15 in Autosurf 440 and will be able to compound again today. I'm waiting a few days between compounds / upgrades in order to help my account build but also so I'm not losing value suddenly within the month. Let me explain why. You can compound any time you have $5 in your account and each compound is considered an upgrade. They last 40 days, so if you were able to compound every other day then in 40 days those upgrades will start to end, so every few days you lose $5 of your account level. Since you have to keep upgrading or compounding you don't have time to build any cash value. On that end, I'm waiting about 5 days between upgrades and compounds.

I requested cashout with Stormy Surf at $7. I used part of the money to upgrade in AS440. I was paid within 24 hours. They will be opening membership again soon to about 50 people. They are currently paying 1% fairly regularly and you can still cash out at anytime you have $1 for upgraded members. They will not be giving the free $10 at sign up for new members. They also don't accept any member sites in rotation anymore but they are offering a buy back for credits.

I upgraded twice with 50cent2surf. She has changed the program again - I believe you can have as many upgrades running as you like but she is now charging the 3% fee to upgrades. Remember that when you go to add in that $1 from Stormclix money. Instead of doing mass pay on the first and fifteenth you may now request cash out twice per month if you have $5. In order to avoid the rush of people who will still probably request cashout on the first and fifteenth I'm planning to make requests either at a set dollar amount or the 2nd and 4th week of the month instead.

I upgraded by $5 in Maximum Surf.

Trying to get a bit extra money I thought I would add in Storm of Cash and Maxtrix Mails, Paid to Read (PTR) and Paid to Click (PTC) sites. I would have to say that Storm of Cash should be named "Drizzle of Cash" or "Trickle of Cash". The links are mostly 1/10 of a cent with maybe a few .01 tossed in there. After almost a week I have about .22 in my account with them. Stormclix is so much better because I get a full .01 or more per click and I don't have any fees when the money is added to my account. This is why I gave up on PTR and PTC about 2 years ago when I first heard of autosurfing. I don't see how anyone ever makes money with these sites when you only get 1/10 of a cent for clicking then still have to pay fees to receive cash out. I have about .13 with Matrix Mails.

Autosurf Program Strategies - 12 Daily Pro

12 Daily Pro has to be my favorite surf site of all time. It's got the best of all surfing worlds - you can start with a small amount of money, you get your money back very quickly, you only have to surf, not worry about when to request a cash out or if you can compound or not.

The program is lasting for many reasons, the main one being that in order for the program to continue you are forced to continue upgrading. You must have at least 1 active upgrade in order to keep your account. Right now 12 Daily Pro is a hot program - you see ads for it everywhere. No one knows if or when it will bust. A good rule of thumb is that yes, eventually every program will end. However, Studio Traffic is still around after 2 years, so maybe 12 Daily Pro will also have that staying power.

The best strategy for 12 Daily Pro is one I wish I had found a long time ago. It's called the 3x3x3 plan. The idea is to be able to max out 12 Daily Pro with a total of $9,000. You can have 2 upgrades running at the same time and they cannot go over $6K total. How do you do that with $9K? This is how.

You start your first upgrade on day 1. Upgrades run for 12 days, so you have $3K running for 12 days.
You start your 2nd upgrade on day 6, halfway through the first upgrade. They now are running concurrently and you have a total of $6k in the program.
6 days later your first upgrade will end and the money will go into pending status for cash out. But you don't wait for cash out. You take the other $3K you have sitting by and upgrade again. Your 2nd upgrade now has 6 days left, you just upgraded for another 12 days and you are still maxed out with 6K.
By the time your 2nd upgrade ends 6 days later you should have been paid from your first upgrade. You take that money - $4,021.23 - and upgrade again with $3k. You keep the $1,021.23 for yourself.
If you continue with this cycle then every 6 days you are receiving back $1,021.23 - that's over $3K per month.

Now, how can you do this with limited money? I don't have $9K you say. Neither do I, I wish I did :)

You can start 12 Daily Pro with only a $6 upgrade, but in order to make this system work you need to start with $24. Why? Well, when you start with a $6 upgrade you end up with $7.35 after Stormpay fees. That's enough to do another $6 upgrade, but do you want to constantly be putting in $6 over and over again? I didn't think so. This is why you need to start with $24 or build your way up to $24. You can see more on this chart.

If you start each upgrade with $24 and continue to work the 3x3x3, then each time you upgrade you'll be able to upgrade with a higher amount each time until you max out. You would be able to max out within a year if you never took any withdrawals.

If you decide to take withdrawals, you can do what I am doing. I am keeping 2 upgrades always going at the full amount I can possibly upgrade at the time. My 3rd upgrade, though, I will be using for some extra income. Once I am up to a $192 upgrade I will start to upgrade only by $6 each time. This will bring me about $60 each time this upgrade comes around. About the 3rd time this upgrade comes around I'll be able to up the upgrade by $12 and still have about $60 for myself. Around Christmas time next year I'm going to start taking about $200 out of one of the other upgrades to pay for Christmas and other needs, so 1 of the upgrades will continue to build until I reach $3k or higher. Once I reach $3k in one upgrade, I'm going to use that money to build the other 2. Yes, I know I could continue on without ever taking any money out, but I also want to have some of this money for income. I'm willing to take the income and take a bit longer to max out the account.

I work out my plans on paper so I can see better how the upgrade and payout dates fall. I'm a visual learner so this helps me more than a spreadsheet. Try plotting out 3 upgrades and see how it works for you.

Autosurf Program Strategies - Studio Traffic

I thought I would share some strategies for the programs I am in and how they all work together.

The first program I am in is Studio Traffic. They have been around for over 2 years and is considered one of the most stable autosurf companies out there. They are growing and changing, though, so it is worthwhile to check out all of the information out there about this company.

They pay 1% and upgrades are good for 1 year. They give you $10 free and with that $10 you surf 200 sites to earn your 1%. Once you upgrade with your own cash you only have to surf 100 sites. They pay out at $10, but they only pay out through their payment processor, Studio Pay. In order to receive a payout you have to verify your identity with them by sending them various documents that they request. After they go through this verification process they complete your payout.

I signed up for the free $10, then upgraded by another $10. Another good point about this program is that if you upgrade by the end of the month the program will add in earnings as if you upgraded at the beginning of the month. That can be a good thing. You can compound your earnings after you reach $10 during a month's time period. The program keeps track of your earnings by previous months and the current month. You can choose to compound and on the first day of the month your current month earnings can be compounded or added to your previous earnings.

If you upgrade by $30 of your cash, plus the $10 free, you will have $12 at the end of the month to compound or to cash out.

Hopes and Dreams

My husband and I were talking about our hopes and dreams today. We want to remodel parts of our house, we want to one day build a house. We are looking at Super Custom Homes to do that. We want to be able to not worry about money and be comfortable. Surfing is going to enable us to do that. We will be able to fulfill our hopes and dreams in the future because with the money we'll be making from our jobs and surfing we'll be comfortable. We won't be abusing this money. The plan is that once 12 Daily Pro is maxed - and I should have one upgrade maxed by this time next year - we'll be putting a portion of the money into traditional bank investments like CDs, saving accounts, stocks, bonds, etc. What are your hopes and dreams? We don't plan to stop working and sail around the world or anything, but we do plan to have a nice home, not worry about paying our bills, be able to travel and see whatever we wish to see, buy nice gifts for friends and family and enjoy our lives while we live them, not just live to work. We also want a good retirement and an inheritance for our son. Think about your hopes and dreams and start surfing to make them come true.

End of the Month

Here is my update for the end of November. I'll post my usual changes for the week on Saturday or Sunday.

November was the anniversary of my 2nd month of autosurfing. Some sites ended, others I've picked back up, some are finally started to pay out. I think I've hit a groove now on the programs I surf and I'm happy with the outcome so far.

In November I was paid $1,040.03. I paid $80.04 in fees and put $355 back into autosurfing programs. That leaves $604.99 that I kept. That money went to pay some bills and purchase the new TV for my family.

Year to date, since September, 2005 - Money paid into autosurfing - $1016.95. Fees paid - $109.37 - Money paid to me - $1155.54. That is a net profit of $138.59!

I am currently a member of the following programs:

Studio Traffic - as of December 1 I have a $30 account level since I compounded. I am set to compound monthly until next summer.

12 Daily Pro - This site paid me regularly and is where I made my most money. I currently have a $30 account level with 1 upgrade because I have 2 pending cashouts that I am expecting. I will be upgrading again as soon as the first cashout comes available. I am working right now on Christmas money, then I will be working on maximizing at least 1 of the upgrades.

Aussie Earners - I compounded again on December 1 and now have an account level of $40. I plan to compound once more on the 15th then let the cash build up so I can receive payment.

Surfmunkee - I am still at the free $5 member level. I plan to upgrade another $5 within the month of December. I have not purchased any of the subscription options.

DadNDave's - I have an account level of $20. I was hoping I would be able to compound in November but I was $2 short of the cash balance, so I will be compounding in December and then request a payout in January.

Autosurf 440- I have a member level of $55, mostly through compounding. I was able to compound $10 today, December 1. I plan to compound as often as possible in order to max out this account at $200. Then I plan to surf for 1 month, compounding as needed to keep the $200 level, and request cashout. Hopefully this will net me $240 per month. I do know that payments take about 2 weeks for this autosurf, but they are almost through with some updates that should be finished by the time I request cashout, so hopefully I will be able to count on a regular income from this site by January.

Autosurf Biz - I compounded in November and now have a $30 account level. I plan to take a cashout the next time it's available to me.

Stormy Surf - I am at an account level of $30. I plan to compound the next time I have $10, then request cashout. They have paid me twice already.

E-profit surf - I am at an account level of $30. I chose not to compound and should be receiving my cash balance on the 15th of December. I plan to compound next round.

50cent2surf - I am currently at a $5 account level as an upgrade just ended. I'm going to wait on the December 5th payout before upgrading again. If all goes will, I hope to work on this program and max it out. Some changes will be taking place in the program, but until they do I plan to upgrade as often as I can.

Maximum Surf - I am still at member level of $5 since I had let this one drop for a while. I was still in the database so now that surfing problems are fixed and they are at 25 sites to surf I picked it back up. I plan to upgrade by $5 next time I have it available.

So there you have it! You can see what surfing has done in 2 months for me. I'm now in profit and playing with free money. By January I should be getting regular payouts in many of my programs. Of course, no one knows what the future will bring, but this time next year I hope to be having a very nice Christmas holiday.

Weekend Update

Hope everyone who celebrated Thanksgiving on the 24th had a good day. I was able to be with my family, we played games and ate a lot of great food. It was a good day.

I received another payout from 12 Daily Pro and I'm expecting one upgrade to end tomorrow. I already have the money for my next upgrade waiting to go in. I received the money I'd requested from 12 Daily Pro through stormpay, it hit my bank account within 5 days and I was able to make my car payment. Next withdrawal will be for Christmas. 12 Daily Pro is offering surfing holidays for the 24th and 25th for the Thankgiving holiday here in the US.

I was able to upgrade again with Autosurf 440. This site allows you to compound whenever you have $5 in your cash balance. I'm now up to a $50 level and I'm working on maxing it out. I'm already ahead in my plan with this program. I won't be cashing out until I max out this account.

I was able to compound this week with Autosurf-biz. I'm planning to cash out the next time I have the funds available, then compound again the next time. I now have a $30 level with this account.

I cashed out with Stormy Surf on the 18th but due to technical problems I didn't get it until the 22nd. They were quick to correct the problems and realized that many cash out requests didn't reach them. They paid quickly and I was able to use the money in AS440 and 50cent2surf. I'm now surfing them only but will compound the next time I'm able.

The payout rules for 50 cent 2 surf were supposed to change on the 21st, however they did not for whatever reason so for right now I can still have multiple upgrades. To that end, I upgraded with $3.50 from Stormy Surf, another $1.50 from stormclix money and another $1.50 from the leftover 12 Daily Pro money I got from the 18th. I'm working on another $1 from stormclix to upgrade again tomorrow. The owner of the site is getting married and may not change the program until after her wedding in December. The next payout date for this program is December 5, due to her wedding.

GCI Surf is definitely gone and is now considered to be one of the biggest scams ever. I have to admit, they fooled many people. Lots of people are saying they will not trust any surf sites not in the US ever again. I am not going that far, but I'm not signing up with any brand new surf sites at this time. I'm comfortable with what I have so far, I'm not overdiversifying so much that I only have little amounts in each program, and this is an acceptable time limit for me to surf daily. The record keeping is easier as well, so I'm just going to stay where I am for the time being and work on getting maxed out on AS440 and sticking to the rest of my plan.

Well, apparently I have a lot of updating to do on my sidebar. Apparently GCI Surf is now gone as well. Luckily I had only invested $5 into the program, so that's all that I lost. Well, my list is getting shorter and shorter every day, isn't it?

I'll be updating my sidebar tonight. I don't think I'll be adding any more sites anytime soon, though. I got through Aussie Earners being down and I still upgraded with them, they are still here. I'm going to trust in only a few for right now.

Weekend Update

Lots to report for the week :)

First, I'd like to report that I got paid within 5 days from 12 Daily Pro. I have part of the money already back into the program and I requested a bank deposit with some of it as well. I also received a previous bank deposit request and treated the family with a new gift:

It's a 20" flat screen TV. Our old TV broke about a month ago. The RF connector on the back just broke off and we've had a cable stuck to the back with duct tape.

I don't know what is up with Studio Traffic. Many people with large accounts have not been able to access their money. Surfers in the US are not able to surf. I don't have a large account so I have not been affected, but I know that it's not fair to everyone for them to treat their surfers this way. I have also heard that they are no longer going to accept autosurfing site links in their rotation. This has its good and bad points. Good points mean you won't see the same ad for a popular surf site over and over again. Bad means what are we going to advertise? Not many of us have business sites to advertise. I don't even know if I would be able to advertise this blog due to the autosurf site content. For right now I'm going to sit on my account and compound instead of investing any more money right now.

I compounded by $10 with Aussie Earners on the 15th. I should be up to the $40 account level by the first.

GCI Surf is another program bothering me. Compounds were not done on the 15th as they were supposed to be and they held payout for others until the 18th. Compounds still have not been done to my knowledge. I'm also getting error messages each time I'm on the site. I'm going to hold off on upgrading in GCI Surf as well right now until they get some things fixed. They said they are having programmers change their scripts now and they are changing payouts, so we'll see how that goes first.

I was able to compound again with Autosurf 440. I plan to have this program maxed by the end of December or mid-January.

I was able to request a payout on the 18th of $10 from Stormy Surf. I could have cashed out at $5 since I upgraded last weekend. I was able to take part in their upgrade sale and got a free $10 upgrade when I upgraded by $10. Since that happened I have decided to take the $10 payout and put it into Autosurf 440 in order to help get closer to maxing out that program.

Estrix Surf has ended. I had no money in the program, just the free money, so I'm only out some time.

I'm holding off on upgrading 50cent to surf right now because as of the 21st she is changing the rules to only having 2 active upgrades for 10 days and being paid after the upgrades expire. Currently I have 3 active upgrades and I'm not sure how upgrades made before the 21st are going to be treated, so I'm holding off until that is worked out. I was able to earn a payout for the 15th but I haven't received it yet. I'm expecting it by today, though. She said she was working on getting them finished on Saturday.

Since so many sites that I was surfing has ended I decided to go back to Maximum Surf . I heard that the site had been upgraded and changes made to help it surf faster and smoother. I'd stopped surfing Maximum Surf because it was slow and kept dropping out. I went to the site and it does run smoother and better. It hasn't dropped once on me yet tonight, so I'm going to continue surfing Maximum Surf once more.

These are programs where no changes have been made - DadNDave's, Surfmunkee,
Auto-surf biz, E-profit Surf.

Now I'm in a holding pattern. I've been surfing since mid September - hey, it's my 2 month anniversary with surfing :) - and I think I'm going to focus on the following:

Christmas money using 12DP - keep upgrading as fast as I can on my maximization plan
Work on maxing out Autosurf 440
Work on maxing out Aussie Earners
Work on maxing out 50cent2surf

So that's it right now, everything else is just in a holding pattern. I feel no need to rush out and join a bunch of new sites. I just want things to stay comfortable right now.

As of today, November 19, these are my stats regarding finances for the month of November, 2005.

I have paid into surf sites $314. I have paid $74.38 in fees. I have had $986.94 paid to me. That is a profit so far of $598.56. I'll see my true numbers at the end of the month when I figure my net profit / loss from the beginning to the present.

I wasn't out anything since I still only had the free $10 they gave. I'm just out a month of time that I spent pushing the button :) So I'm going to find another 1 or 2% surf site to replace Paid Response.

Weekend Update

The following sites are steady with no changes - Studio Traffic, Aussie Earners, GCI Surf, Estrix Surf, SurfMunkee, DadNDave's, Autosurf Biz, E-profit surf, 50cent2surf.

I finally received a payout that came from 12DailyPro through Stormpay. I had forgotten about the lag time between requesting a payout to my bank account through Stormpay and I needed this money by Monday! Luckily I was able to work something out because I am still short on funds, but I finally received the payout to my bank account today. So remember, if you plan to cash out through Stormpay, it takes up to 7 days for the payment to come through 12 Daily into Stormpay then another 5 days to recieve it. That 5 days is if you are Net IBA certified. If I hadn't been certified it would have taken 10, so don't use money that you HAVE to have immediately! 12 days to surf + 7 days for payout + 5 days receiving to your bank account = 24 days that the money is tied up.

I have one more payment pending through 12 Daily Pro and I will be requesting another cashout for some of that money as well. My next upgrade is ending on the 13th.

Paid Response had a error a few weeks ago where some earnings were doubled by mistake. In trying to fix the problem they ended up halving too many of the member's earnings. That is what happened to me. After a week of waiting on a response for a ticket through Paid Response I finally received my response. They stated the site is down for maintenance and should be up on the 14th and the halved earnings should be corrected. We'll see on the 14th if I plan to keep this account or not.

I was able to compound AutoSurf 440 after surfing again today. My goal is to reach the $50 account level by the end of the month. With compounding available at any time that should be easy to do.

Stormy Surf was down for 2 days but is now back up. They stated they will be at 4% over the weekend to make up for lost surfing time, so now is the time to join up.

I signed up for Custom Super Homes and I'm looking through that information now. I'll discuss more about this opportunity next week after I've spoken with my sponsor and gotten more information.

Weekend Update

I'm still surfing the following sites steady with no changes - Studio Traffic, GCI Surf, Estrix Surf, SurfMunkee, DadNDave's, AutoSurf Biz, Stormy Surf.

12 Daily Pro is continuing on, I'm waiting on a payout now from my first large upgrade. I should receive it today or tomorrow. I have another upgrade ending on the 7th and I'll be upgrading again with a smaller amount.

Paid Response is having some trouble. They switched something or other and now my earnings have been cut in half. I've sent 2 trouble tickets with no response. It's been about 3 days. I'm going to check their forums. I know a lot of people swear by them, but I do know they've had payment issues over the past few months. I haven't had enough to get to pay out, so I haven't experienced that, but if I don't recieve an answer to my trouble ticket soon I'm going to cancel my account. The 1% on my small balance just isn't really worth it right now.

I was able to compound Aussie Earners on the first and upgrade with another $10 from my $1PTS cashout on the 4th. AE is moving along for me on schedule.

AutoSurf 440 was down yesterday but is back up today. After surfing I was able to compound another $5. I'm hoping to be maxed out at the $200 account limit by the end of December.

Stormy Surf is taking members again but they are not offering the free $10. But upgrade anyway, they do pay and you can earn anywhere from 1%-10%.

$1PTS sent an email stating they were closing no matter what members in the forum said. They gave an email address to write to if you believe you are due a refund. I sent information from the previous 3 tickets I had sent in regarding my missing $7 upgrade. I had an $8 account balance in there at the time and I did receive a $20 pay out just before they closed, but I never was able to earn anything on that $7 so I did request a refund for that. I wonder if I'll ever see it again? I was seriously considering putting my 2nd large upgrade of $252 into $1PTS but I'm so glad now that I did not. I ended up putting it into 12 Daily Pro instead. I do trust 12 Daily and I'm glad I went with my gut and didn't put a large amount into $1PTS. I know lots of people did max it out and now that money is gone.

I'm planning to sign up for 50 cent paid to surf through a friend as soon as I get some more Stormclix earnings. They went through a lot of changes at first but now they seem to have mellowed out and found out how they want to run the site, so I'm going to use them to fund some of my other surfing ventures.

Stormpay has changed how they handle stormclix again! Now you see just one page with the higher amounts at the top and lower ones at the bottom. Older ads are at the top and newer ones at the bottom. I'll click on the ads and it will tell me I have to wait 20 seconds before clicking and I know it's already been 20 seconds! It usually does this after I hit refresh, especially if I still have clicks showing on the page.

Problems with $1PTS

Over the weekend $1PTS had a hard drive failure on their server. They did have a backup from the 30th. They were down for 1 day, then they came back up and told everyone who was missing upgrades or earnings to submit a ticket for response. However, apparently the ticket system apparently isn't working properly and neither was their email or the forums. I believe some of that is fixed now, however a lot of panicked members have now hurt the program so badly with charge backs and accusations that the admin has stated he will be closing the program.

I am one of the people who had a problem over the weekend. The $7 upgrade that I put in on the 30th disappeared. I submitted a ticket through the ticket system and never received a return email with a ticket number. I submitted another ticket the next day. I looked in the forums and saw others had a similar problem. I tried to post in the forums, but it wouldn't let me register and it wouldn't resend my password from my previous registration. Finally yesterday I submitted another ticket using a different email address and I DID get a response back from the ticket processer with a ticket number. The ticket is still open with no response.

I am frustrated over the situation. I won't be upgrading or surfing again on the site until something is worked out. Right now the admin is still quiet and hasn't said anything since stating he will close the site. He stated he will issue refunds, but apparently only people who upgraded on the 31st have received a refund at this time.

Even with all this frustration on the program and some frustration I had over the past 2 weeks with 2 other programs I won't be filing a stormpay claim for my $7. Let me explain why.

In the world of autosurfing you never invest what you cannot lose. Membership fees are non-refundable. You are supposed to understand this when you sign up. All the TOS for all sites state this. For a new program never put in more than a small amount at first. Test the site, get a few payouts, then trust it with more money, but only what you can lose. This is a gamble.

Filing a claim through the payment processer when the site has a problem will just hold things up. If a claim is filed, most processers will freeze the account. In the case of e-gold they put a limit on their account because e-gold doesn't offer refunds at all. This hurts the surfers because now the admin cannot use the account to make payments or do anything else. Do not ever file a claim through a processer because it will just make the problems worse.

Sites go down. Sites have problems. 12Daily and Aussie Earners were down just last month. Most people were patient and the sites came back up. I had just put $258 into 12DailyPro when it went down for a day or two, so yes, I was scared. But the site has been honest in the past and I continued to trust that they were fixing the problem and they did. Understand that sites do go down and sometimes have to be fixed.

If you are not getting emails from the program check your bulk mail folder or spam blocker to see if it's there. I usually check my email on the web from the server, not through Outlook or another mail program. I've had problems getting mail from other sites like DadNDave's and eprofit surf. Usually an email to the admin clears it up or signing up under another email, like I did with those 2 groups. In my case, I found out that my ISP has a spam blocker built into the server and they block certain emails so that I never see them at all, even in a spam blocker or bulk email folder. Personally I don't like this. It makes no sense to me, like my bank not letting me use my debit card to pay my cable bill but I can process a check by phone. What's the point of blocking it, then? Anyway, find out if the problem is on your end and find a way around it.

Posting your details in the forum doesn't help. Sometimes it can let the admin know there is a problem, which is what happened with AS440 when a ticket I input wasn't answered. I was told to submit another, which I did and it was taken care of within 24 hours. However, I didn't input my details, just that I hadn't had a response yet along with others who said the same thing. Apparently I had made a mistake and hadn't input the ticket properly with them. Sometimes it's not about them - it's about you.

Also, if a site was going to run away with the money, why post about the problems? Why is the site still up? When 20perday left it was gone - no word, just poof. This is what most scammers will do. I believe the admin is an honest person who was just trying to run a program. Otherwise why the communication?

Even with the frustration I do hope the admin will find a way to continue the program. The host has stated they have a back up available but apparently he has had no contact with the host company either. From some of the previous communication I've read from this admin it seems he's very new to running a site like this - I consider myself computer literate but I don't believe I could ever run a pay to surf site, I am not a programmer at all - and he may just be very upset and worried and frustrated at all the problems as well. I do wish people had given him time to get the problems fixed, but I'm sure everyone can now see how one problem led to another. Now I don't know if there is any fixing it.

I was paid from $1paytosurf. I asked for payout on Friday and was paid on Sunday. I upgraded again with $7 from that payout and kept the rest for cashout and upgrade into other sites. $1PTS was down for a while today but they are back up again. My $7 upgrade is missing but they have said to open a trouble ticket so that is what I have done.

I also got 2 surprises today. One surprise was my paycheck came early, so I was able to put the money for my next Christmas upgrade into Stormpay, ready for 12 Daily Pro tomorrow. If I had known it was coming 4 days early I would have waiting to surf today. The 2nd surprise was the payment from my $12 upgrade into 12DP - I was paid a net amount of $15.60 after stormpay fees were taken out. Since I was planning to add this to my next upgrade I will be able to do this tomorrow - a whole 4 days earlier than planned! Yay!

Stormclix is going slow for some reason. I logged in to find about 80 1 cent clicks and 5 2 cent ones. When I went to click on them I get error messages. It's also taking about 10 seconds just for the page to load. I think to many people are becoming successful with stormclix money, using it to upgrade autosurfs and such, and stormpay may be making it more difficult to click one right after the other. I know that my earnings have been down from $2 per day to about $1.15 on a low day and $1.51 on a high day this week. Of course, I haven't been on the computer as much, so that also accounts for the difference.

I just wanted to let everyone know that $1PTS has paid out. Over time I'm planning to up what I have in there with them since I can get paid weekly, but I never invest money I cannot afford to lose and neither should you!

Weekend Update

On most sites everything is going as planned. I had a $12 upgrade from 12 Daily Pro end. I was able to upgrade the same day with $252, so right now I'm waiting on the pay out on the $12.00. I should get it by Tuesday of next week. My next upgrade for $258 ends on the 31st and I won't be able to upgrade again until November 4.

I should be able to compound with Aussie Earners on the first of November. I have $18.10 now - I should have over $20 by then, so I plan to compound $10 and keep $10 in cash to save towards pay out. My first $10 upgrade expired with them so I need to upgrade again with them as soon as I can.

GCI surf will be ready to compound the next time they do automatic compounding on November 15.

Autosurf 440 has been having some difficulty, apparently. I recieve a payout from 12 Daily Pro and decided to put it into AS400 since it's the first program I hope to max out. I upgraded on Sunday and on Wednesday no upgrade had been added. I sent in a support ticket and then that afternoon I found out they were having trouble accessing the site on the admin side. They have since posted that they can now access their end of the site and should have all trouble tickets taken care of soon. Once that is done I should be at a $20 level as I was able to compound on the 27th.

I requested payout from Stormy Surf as a free member at $5 and was paid within just a few hours! Way to go! If you are a member, SS is limiting upgrade purchases for another 24 hours, then you will be able to upgrade only at the end of the month. I took the money and put it into $1PaytoSurf.

On $1PaytoSurf, some of my upgrades have dropped off so I'm only at a $15 level now, but I did meet my goal of requesting payout by the end of the month. It's the 28th and I'd planned to be able to request a payout on the 27th. Out of the $20 payout I'm going to put $10 back into $1 PTS and keep the rest according to my payout plan. Many people are happy with $1PTS, they are still around, so we'll see how it goes. I think if I can keep my account level $20 and up I should be able to get weekly or bi-weekly payouts from the site, which will help pay for the new hot water heater we are purchasing. I'm still not sure I want to trust them with a lot of money right now. I think they need to be around just a bit longer. Stormclix money is a bit off as well since they upped the minimum cost for an ad purchase, but I'm still trying to close in on my $1.50 - $2 per day. Due to the stormclix money being low I haven't been able to upgrade $1PTS the way I would have liked.

I joined eprofit surf under a friend then after surfing for 2 days forgot about the site! I had it in my notebook but at the end, so I didn't realize I didn't add the site to one of the folders in my favorites. That has been remedied, although I lost 2 days of surfing on the site.

The rest of the sites are just plugging along, not much to report. Surfmunkee seems to be surfing faster but it still takes longer than Studio Traffic. Estrix Surf is upgrading their hardware and now instead of surfing you just click on "start surfing" to receive your 1.5%. I've been getting good hits on my sites, as well as a few refferrals. Remember to sign up for the site and use the rules on the sidebar to the right in order to recieve your .10 to sign up per site!
